According to Npower News today 4th May 2024 on payment to beneficiaries of Npower batch c, the Npower program manager said that the reason why beneficiaries of Npower are yet to receive their Npower payment is as a result of the ongoing federal government grant, the National program manager of Npower said as soon all applicants receive their federal government grant, then the issue of Npower payment to Npower beneficiaries will be addressed around June 2024.

BREAKING: 800,000 Nigerians to get FG's N50,000 grant before May 31

Beneficiaries of the Federal Government’s N50,000 grant for nano business owners have started receiving credit alerts.

Minister for Industry, Trade and Investment, Dr Doris Uzoka-Anite, who confirmed this at the weekend, said no fewer than 200,000 small business owners have received the payment.

According to her, 800,000 others will get their grants before the close of the programme by May 31.

This will bring the total number of beneficiaries to the targeted 1,000,000 Nigerians spread across the 774 local government areas.

She explained that about 3.6 million applications were received out of which the beneficiaries were selected randomly from among those who met the conditions.

The minister said N50 billion is available in the 2024 budget for disbursement

They are paying 1 million people out of 3.6 million. What happens to the remaining 2.6 million? I could remember in 2020, 4 million people apply for Npower but 1 million people were selected. It's sad people don't see these as abnormalities.
