Even the blind can testify that there was no division in PDP and the former lawmakers now lawbreakers never gave division as their reason for defecting but you are waiting for the judiciary to find one

ODILLI gave him the balls. ever since Dr Peter Odilli called him the father of the state, and asked him to man up as no one can toy with Rivers State because if the state sneeze the country will catch cold. Your Excellency, we are solidly behind you. Anywhere you go we will follow you so stand strong he said. After that speech other eminent personalities in the state began speaking in his favour thus the recent courage.

case is in court and only court can give judgement in cases like this.
Back to the issue.U mean when wike had his camp and fubara had his own camp in same River PDP, that alone isn't a division already.
UCHE SECONDUS THAT I KNOW use to be in PDP and wike also in same PDP and both parties got there own faction in same PDP.Or is that one not a division already.Just in the last concluded PDP NEC meeting I think wike camp got the nod to continue leading the national PDP as against UCHE secondus faction
Like I said earlier only the court can give verdict not any human to declare someone seat vacant.only the court got power to declare seat vacant .
When the presidency is ready for river state, both side will do the right thing

This is not a football match. This is leadership. This is the people. This is governance. It’s not just about Rivers state, but the entire country. It has to do with you and all Nigerians.

I advise you to read, think and then make informed comments in issues like this. We are not talking about who controls anything. We are talking about the constitution of the country and ensuring that only the right things are done.

If you support politicians to perpetrate what is wrong and unconstitutional, you only aid them to embezzle and punish you more. If they are not able to account to you for their stewardship, they are not worthy to be your leaders. So it’s not about who can negatively influence the court. It’s about ensuring that constitutional provisions are strictly adhered to.

so it is right constitutionally for a governor to go to an arm of govt different from his own executive and use bulldozer to destroy part of the building because of political difference.it is also right for a governor to present a whole state budget to only 3 members in a 31 member house of assembly and they immediately sign it without going through the necessary processes approved by the constitution.it is also right for a governor to deny a local govt elected official funds to run there local govt.is it also right for a govt who isn't court of law to declare seat of elected officials vacant and u look the other way just because you don't support the other faction.
Is it also right for a governor to change location of assembly to his own govt house.
Mr man in as much as u condemn the wike side of alot of wrong doings also try and condemn most of what the gov is doing that is also non constitutional.Only then someone like me will take you serious as regards democratic norms and also believe you are
not supporting a side in the political division and still back to my statement that when the presidency is ready to address the issue he will give the order and if both side misbehave, a state of emergency will be declared and the National assembly will take over river state governance which the constitution also support.
The rubbish Gov Obaseki did swearing only few assembly members in the night as against the constitutional provision and went away with it just because some Buhari men supported the shenanigans.i don't think the present govt will allow those kind of anyhow behavior from people.less I forget , I also condemn in totality the rascality of the assembly men who are also pushing for impeachment of the gov.If they can't find a political solution then the national assembly should take over River state

Who declared their seats vacant? The 4 lawmakers parading themselves as legislative members had been suspended since October 2023 by a properly constituted RSHA .Is it not the speaker who has the authority to do so ? As it is today,they are bonafide members of RSHA until courts says otherwise

You are right in the sense that no state government can win a battle against federal government but there are only 3 states that can give the feds a strong opposition the are Kano, Lagos and Rivers.

About the lawmakers there’s nothing FG can do for them if we are to go by the rule of law.
But Nigeria is a lawless country so someone can most certainly influence the judiciary

I still think if that Governor is fully aware of his powers nobody can stop him in this country. The worst FG will do is to withhold monthly allocations and I doubt if tha would affect the oil rich state.
