That's what I thought but they switched up the application process this year.You are requested to submit your credentials online .I suspect they want to trim the number of applicants using the new format.

Like how many are eligible per community or per state or per the nation?....there are more than enough people who are eligible as long as the country Nigeria is concern.

Even if they put "not more than 3 months"...you will still see more than enough candidates who are eligible.

It simply means that the results is still undergoing evaluation and has not been declared.
