For this train to be profitable a days ride should be a minimum of 10,000 and you need at least 100,000 people using it... Abuja currently doesn't have that population ( yes number of people that needs the train that can afford it)

So it means the would charge ₦500 to ₦1500 per day and government would have to cough up the balance to keep it running

Honestly eeh naira might go to 15,000 to a dollar if we keep going like this

this metro train is really useless to people staying in abj! why would the metro only run from central area to airport?? an area where 95% of the people there own personal cars! and the distance from central area to the airport is not even up to 30min! so the question is why is the train not plying the most viable routes like gwagwalada to area1 and wuse berger! passing along the airport road highway that way it would have been accessible to most important places with large population and traffic! the train is just a show off to beautfy the airport and central area ! when is this senseless government going to prioritize the masses? this country matter just tire me!
