Investors count losses as brewery sub-sector wobbles under high OpEx, FX volatility

https://guardian.ng/business-services/capital-market/investors-count-losses-as-brewery-sub-sector-wobbles-under-high-opex-fx-volatility/

Will all these wobbles not reach the banks with huge impairment losses in the months and quarters ahead if the wobbling is not halted ?

Nigerian banks can withstand moderate to severe financial tsunami.
The daily cash flows and fleecing antecedents of the banks make it possible for them to continue profitable operations despite impairment of loans.
It would take a monumental corruption to wreck the Banks.
Inflation or deflation, forex loss or gain, the Bank will always fleece their customers and shareholders.
They are still one of the main stay of Nigeria non-oil economy.

I recommend you see the profit generated from their diaspora branches. smiley

But notwithstanding, I don't rule out some wobble. However, current levels can make for strategic entry points..

Nigerian Banks are well positioned to withstand storms.
Only a monumental disaster can wobble them

This may likely get to First Bank if the mediocre or corrupt management does not turn a new leaf.

What befell defunct Skye Bank may likely befall First Bank in the next 10 years.

Nigeria’s Dangote refinery is planning a dual listing on the London and Nigerian stock exchanges, a senior executive announced on Tuesday.

On Tuesday, media reports quoted Aliko Dangote, the Chairman of the Dangote group, stating that he might attempt to list the company in Nigeria by the end of the year.

Devakumar Edwin, the Dangote refinery executive, told Reuters that the Nigerian Stock Exchange alone would not be able to handle the refinery exclusively giving way to the London listing.

Which news should we be expecting from sugar or this maximum gain for two days is just traders doing thr thing

1.Alhaji resubmit the marger document from back door
2 The rice company has kick started

3.Or just good will from the brand name as per the news of listing of the refinery and others in the near future
