First and foremost, do you have spare time from work. Is the factory work taking up your whole days from Monday to Sunday?

If no, try to start your hustle as a side one. Keep building it until you are confident you can survive on it and then have more time to grow it. At that point, you can stop the factory work.

Before we dive into business talk, I’ve got a crucial question for you:

What skills do you have that can solve a real, live problem people are willing to pay for?

This is your starting point. Without this, you might end up losing that 400k and be worse off than where you are now.

So, let's get straight to it—what skills do you have?

I don't have any skill that is while I came here for an advice. There are some hustle that don't require that much skills but just need a mentor that can put you through.

It is very easy to lose money in side hustle without any skill. Skills are never taught in our universities.
I will advise to spend money to acquire skills. Very important. That was what I did and it paid off big time. This month, I made about $10k in side hustle. I have about N1.4m naira that I may return back as I do not even have enough time to meet client's needs and they already paid into my Naira account.
My side hustle has been incorporated and in one year from now, I will be working full time in my company with staffs working for me both home and abroad.

You see, this involves a process of understanding yourself first and then learning a skill that compliments your ability and personality.

I don't think my landlord will allow that and besides no space in my compound. Thank you this is a good advice.

Thank you for this advice. I have spent years doing morning and night shifting. I don't really have much time for other things or I'm too lazy to learning any skills.

That is the problem my brother. If you don't address the skill shortage, you maybe going in circles and end up in a worse situation than you are now.

You don't just dabble into business, lots of people are going to give different advice but you stand the risk of losing money and have loan people people harass you day and night for their money. I watched my father lose about 4million dabbling into business without any skill and learnt valuable life lessons.

Lagos is a no man's land...
Don't be shy....
Since you have no helper, don't collect loan ...
From your salary, no matter what, save at least 10k monthly for like 5 months, amounting to 50k...
The look for what to sell...
Start small..
No look anybody face...
Even if it's Hawking just do it...
The street is not nice...
