SMH.....Politicians and Pastors are the biggest sellers and marketers of "hope" in Nigeria. They have seen the hopelessness in Nigeria and in Nigerians , the reason why selling "hope" is a good business. Religion is indeed, the opium of the masses. |

INomorethief: God will bless you. This was exactly what was running through my mind! No one can dispute any of these people's claims but only God knows the truth, the fact that they said it does not mean we show believe them hook, line and sinker. I think at this time, every man should learn to trust their heart more than anyone else, if your heart misleads you, it means you are not being truthful to yourself; yet it's still better to fool yourself than anyone else fooling you . |

In this time of hardship this people are still trying to scam the poor and desperate with fantastical stories. Government really need to step in and this idiots must be audited, regulated and pay tax if they are not operating like the non profit they claim they are. Government need to introduce salary scale for them, which must be minimum wage as long as they say they are religious leaders. If such strict guidelines exist the church and mosque business will disappear. |

This is one of the reasons I stopped going to church. They will fill your ears and mind with financial miracles. They will preach about how someone gift them a car, money, house or a job just for been a cheerful giver to God. They will bring different pastors from other churches to preach the same gospel to their gullible members. |

All this talk is cheap talk,Mr man of God,share all worldly possessions that you have to the poor and the needy and keep on doing so anytime the money I'm your account rises to 5 million, oga practice the teachings of jesus christ. All these guys are worshippers of earthly material possessions, they have seriously deviated from the gospel and have turned themselves to motivational speakers. |
