Yes but I remember a Lagos central senator had once said Lagos can never share her money with other Yoruba states in case restructuring is reintroduce...truth.
And so the fear of other south west state is this threat.
They become intimidated the moment some rogues in Lagos claim "gedegbe leko daduro"..
You can even smell that from some responses on this thread.

Yoruba land is so blessed to be intimidated with Lagos lousy attitudes..
With right leadership Yoruba land is great

Yorubaland has always been progressive.
Ibadan was more developed and prosperous than even Lagos during regionalism.
The colonialists just developed where they stayed.
Ibadan gave Nigeria television,radio etc.
Yorubaland will not leave even one inch of their ancestral land to anybody.

What is an idiom to express shock, 'a bolt from the blue!' grin grin. Chinedu Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivor will still come from Lagos, while all those that dragged & abused him for seeking to represent his ancestral homeland will be forced to face the barbecue-colored shingles left them by their real ancestors! grin

The job of separating a parasite from a host is always resisted by the parasite. cool
Gbadebo Vivour Rhodes is a descendant of Saro returnee slaves ( most are not even from the Lagos area at all) Vivour Rhodes is not an Awori, Ijebu or Egun name.

If you trace that guy background well well, you will find out he's from Kwara state but born in Lagos, nothing else, stop forcing yourself on Lagosians if you want peace of mind. they deserve to be in charge of their state not people from Kwara, Osun, Ogun, Ondo, Ekiti and Oyo grin grin

You don't get it 4 states in south east are viable only Ebonyi is trying to pick up economically but in your South West ekitit, osun, and Ondo are comatose then Lagos detaching herself from Ogun will be a heavy blow to the state

You are so daft for including ONDO state.
Apart from anambra , I don't think there is any state in that your landlocked cubicle that can be compared with ONDO state in terms of infrastructures, IGR, GDP etc.

I am sure you haven't been to ONDO state.

You can confirm from your brothers and sisters slaving in ONDO state to tell you the truth about what you don't know.

If you have the balls, post just 7 videos of good areas in the entire South East Igboland even Onitsha that was develiped by descendants of the Yorubas.
I will post more than 50 good areas in Ibadan.
Everybody knows that Ibadan city is more developed infrastructurally than the entire 5 SE states combined.

Which original map ......Lagos Island leased to the British for administration was the only area not part of the Western region you better know what you are saying...That alone gave the Oba in Idumota relevance elevating him to be the Oba of Lagos above other numerous Traditional rulers in Lagos State

At least they will return the 99% of Lagos State that was Carved out of the Western Region in 1967
Including Ikeja, Lekki and most of Apapa

Lagos Island was yours and the rest of Lagos State was Western Region Property

This was the part of Lagos that belonged to you
The rest of Lagos State belonged to the Western Region .
At least you cannot claim the 99% of Lagos State that already belonged to the Western Region

You are free to Remain on your Lagos Island and remaining part of Lagos Federal

Just remember that the rest of Lagos City and State was the Western Regions own

The areas in White outside Lagos Island were leased by the National Government from the Western Region and the Lease has run out

The major Stakeholders - Lagosians - have spoken. Their wish must be respected!

They do not want to HV anything to do with South West. Many foreigners/invaders, "encroaches" esp from neighbouring South Western States HV bitten more they can ever chew!

This is real RESTRUCTURING! If u guz don't know what this is, Pls note that this is REFERENDUM!

You have no say abeg. You people haven't been able to support any of your sons or daughters to become ordinary Lagos State governor, it's always deputy governor position then they're chased away like barking puppies for the next victim to be given a handout. If regionalism comes into play, Lagos will be swallowed up by the behemoth called Western region without even a whimper and some of your union members will support after a hefty bribe that includes a sumptuous meal of amala, ewedu and gbegiri ati egufe grin

Person wey dey find position in case d agenda clicks. Lol
