The Real Madrid forward takes the award after spearheading his team to glory.

UEFA's Technical Observer panel has named Real Madrid forward Vinícius Júnior as the 2023/24 UEFA Champions League Player of the Season.

Vinícius Júnior turned in a series of sensational displays for Madrid across their victorious campaign, chipping in with six goals in all, including the clincher in the final against Dortmund.

"I'm very happy to be able to win another Champions League with this club, which has given me so much," said the Brazilian international after the Wembley showpiece. "It's an incredible thing. Not everyone can experience it and win it so many times."

Real Madrid midfielder Jude Bellingham has been named Young Player of the Season for the 2023/24 UEFA Champions League campaign.

UEFA's Technical Observer panel have named Real Madrid midfielder Jude Bellingham as the 2023/24 UEFA Champions League Young Player of the Season.

Bellingham has enjoyed a stunning debut season in the Spanish capital, culminating in Saturday night's UEFA Champions League triumph against his former club Borussia Dortmund.

"I've always dreamed of playing in these games," said the 20-year-old England midfielder. "I can't put it into words. It's the best night of my life. It's got to be up there in terms of the perfect season. I can't have dreamed it much better than this. I'm so grateful to my team-mates, my family, the team behind the scenes: the physios, everyone there. This is a massive group effort."

UEFA's Technical Observer panel have selected their top ten goals of the 2023/24 UEFA Champions League season.

The top ten goals of the 2023/24 UEFA Champions League season have been selected by UEFA's Technical Observer Panel, with Federico Valverde's superbly executed first-time volley for Real Madrid against Manchester City earning the honour of Goal of the Season.

Barcelona's Raphinha came second for his crisp volley against Paris, while Niclas Füllkrug claimed third place with his magnificent header for Dortmund against Atlético de Madrid.

If Brazil want to win trophy, they should make sure that 70% of their national team footballers should not come from premier league. No country can win world cup or nation cup with plenty of their players in that overrated league. Since Brazilians don dey get stars in premier league, their football value has depreciate. Even in their league, it is only foreign coaches that is winning their league. Their top 5 was dominated by Spanish, and German, yet, their noise too much. Their ex players know nothing about coaching after they hanged their booth. Only mouth. Once they failed, they will turn to pundit or presenters.
