Jeboy: Canada has kuku denied me the visa, so I don't feel the need to further explain myself to someone that's not my father. I won't be applying for their visa again because no matter what I write, they'll still see me as a desperate asylum seeker. I'll be trying somewhere else. Best of luck to dem wey get the country. 1 Like |

This is one year I did my biometrics and applied for my visitors Visa to Canada through agent and yet know decision has been made , although other friends of mine that applied through him have either gotten their visas or got denied. During my Visa application he told me that Canada visa is 50/50 that I should give him little amount of money and if my Visa is denied that the money is not refundable of which I accepted. My question is, Is there any reason he is hiding the decision on my Visa from me? Although the way he is speaking through cell phone shows that there is know hope right now as there have been many Visa denial this days... What could be the problem of my vasa? |

tblaze007: Those are the bad eggs tarnishing our nations image and making things difficult for genuine travelers. What baffles me most is how someone who has 4-10 years multiple entry Visa will choose to be plainly stupid to go choose asylum. Anyways, after they must had used their loud mouth to broadcast about relocating abroad., what do we expect. Nonsense! Bridle your tongue and keep low profile...they won't listen. My Biometric was on the 22nd of December 2023. Had already conditioned my mind for any probable outcome. As a matter of fact, I'm accustomed to such challenges. I'll surely return here to share my testimony either way. E no go pass June😀 |

kroy: Anyone can declare asylum in Canada, but this is not a good time to make a fake asylum claim. Please do not compare the situation to ten years ago. The refusal rate at asylum hearings currently is high now, and do not let anyone deceive you. They conduct tough interviews with thorough background checks. Many people like to hide their asylum failures, so if you see one person approved, about twenty have already been rejected and facing costly appeal process. It is a great gamble. Let nobody deceive you; the system is heavily burdened with a high asylum rate. I am not here to discourage you, but choose your risks wisely. If your asylum claim in Canada is rejected, it will impact your ability to travel to Europe, the UK, the USA, Australia, and New Zealand, as they all share asylum data information. 3 Likes |
