Yes, he doesn't. Did he study town planning?

If you want to write a research paper then don't publish it on a public forum. Public forums are meant for laymen. Mind you, you can be a professor of medicine but still be a layman in transport and urban planning.

So, being unable to understand this salad article doesn't make a person less intelligent.

People like you are the kind of coworkers and managers everyone should pray against. You speak jargons to cover your incompetence then gaslight people when asked to explain your jargons in simple English.

Come off it. Did the LASG come to Nairaland to make this statement? This was a release from the unveiling of the Lagos State Transport Policy document, which is a technical document, and the unveiling would have been targeted at a technical audience. What you are reading is merely a reportage of the event.

Now, when you look at it, what is really so confusing about what they've said here? Do you want to tell me that you could not grasp the message which is that the plan is to decentralise (hopefully this one too does not sound too big for you) central Lagos and make other areas viable commercial hubs while at the same time improving transportation links between all the various areas? Did you miss this? Then the problem is with you, not the speaker.

Leaving Lagos is a difficult mission for me because it is the ONLY state with significant progress. The rest are just backwards. If noise, air, and air pollution can be tackled, and there is a way to reduce traffic congestion drastically...it will be a comfortable city in Africa.

Wetin you dey smoke abeg, give us update, I wan dey enter your realm once once 🙆‍♂️

The City of London has a special status: it has its own government, its own mayor and its own independent police force. The City of London Corporation operates from the Guildhall and is composed of the Lord Mayor of London, the Court of Aldermen and the Court of Common Council. While the Lord Mayor of London may have a fancier title – and outfit – the Mayor of London wields significantly more political power.

One of the main functions of the City of London, is representing the interests of Britain’s financial services. The City is home to the Bank of England and has traditionally been considered the financial heart of the UK.

What makes London an independent state?

Are you saying that because of Lagos alone, all Yorubas including those shouting that they are hungry are ready to die for Tinubu?

Very good but promises should be Kept and Fulfilled -
• Gberigbe Road in Ikorodu has been abandoned since. This Gberigbe Road will lead to Imota-Town,along Ikorodu - Agbowa -Town Axis, leading to Itokin-Ketu- Ejirin- Epe Areas.
• Imota is where Rice Mill is located by this Govt, which is a good idea, but we are yet to see the Rice -Manufacturing in a full gear-for this would have reduced the Prices of Rice in Lagos,if well attended. We don't hear of EKO Rice again!
• 4th -Mainland Bridge is the real deal that can bring real Prosperity and Progress to Lagos because it will Link ALL Lagos - Areas( Mainland and Island) together, yet we are yet to see it's starting ,which the govt promised since.
Does it it has to do with the Coastal Highways Projects or why has it not started?

Regarding the rice mill, now that you can import paddy rice with zero duty maybe the plant and others like it will benefit.

Decongestion of the Lagos metropolis is not a bad idea but who'll you trust to do it? With the vested interest of many state actors?

This is a welcome development. This is what obtains in the developed countries of the world. Here in the US every county ( eqv to LG in Nig) has almost all the amenities necessary for people's well-being & needs e. g hospitals, schools, colleges, shopping malls, recreational areas, stadia, industrial areas, parks, Good road network, police stations & much more.

You're absolutely wrong. See the Wikipedia picture you copied.

The city of London is the business district with the London. That is like saying the city of London is what Victoria Island is in Lagos. It is not the whole London area that has that status.
