So then won’t all this calculate to more than 10 million naira possibly 15-20 million with all things considered?

Mcslize:

We don't really calculate it by range. We calculate it by the list of things you need to do to get your visa to your chosen country.

First, it's not even about the money alone. It's most importantly about you being qualified to even relocate by having the right work experiences or educational qualifications and being within the required relocation age bracket. That's the first thing to consider. If you have that, 50% of the process is solved.

The next will be the whole process of what you need to do. Now, using myself as an example, English test will cost me $200 USD, assessment of my educational qualifications will cost me $700 USD, invitation to apply fee will cost $200 USD and the main visa proper which will happen to be Permanent resident visa will cost me $3100 USD. Now, add everything together, that should be $4200 USD for the whole process. You don't even need to show proof of funds for this part.

After getting your visa, you will now factor in your flight money, rent and upkeep money for like 3-6 months.

So, you see, the whole visa process alone isn't more than 7 million if you convert that 4200 USD. It's just a step by step process something. They no dey rush am. Na small small. That's why I said the most important aspect of the whole process is you qualifying first. Cuz not everybody have the right skills, experience and educational qualifications to japa.

Obviously u don't understand how western world works.
Just cos u hv degree certificates or very handy doesn't give u the authority to jump into the work force & start earning money. Ur host country has to permit u to work & it has a lengthy process which could take yrs ,depending on the type of visa u have.

You're right though. But one tip is that don't consider it as one time chunk amount. Just break it down bit by bit by attending to one aspect at a time. With that, one won't see it as one big chunk amount.

If you break the different tasks into bits, and handle them individually at a time, it will remove that fear of big chunk of money which most don't have.

For example, I started by first getting my passport for 120k. That is out of the equation. I then proceeded to gathering all of my documents which come with mecellaneous expenses.

If you break the process into bit, you won't feel that fear of that big chunk of money that is preventing some persons from taking the first step. Just do one thing at a time.

People who truly want to relocate should take the first step and every other aspects of the process will be a breeze.

Well, they don't have the right residency status to take part in the economy. That the issue.

That's for mostly applicants with families or those who are going the study route.

finally
just as i expected
you are nothing but a riff raff tribalistic fellow who will NEVER amount to anything great in life.
People who amount to anything do not reason like you, because the mentality stinks more than agree septic tank plus Ojota landfill put together.

My candid admonition to you is to desist from such mentality, pity your parents that birthed you by turning a new leaf and becoming a level headed citizen of wherever you choose to live in....

Peace

You should have known by now that the average Nigerian is dishonest and when confronted with facts, they become angry and try to change the topic. The same people who say Nigerians have more opportunities in Nigeria by the virtue of being natives would be angry when an Igbo person challenges that notion with the events of the 2023 elections.

For dependants, they've to push their main parties to do well. For students, they need the right skills to be employed. Unfortunately, the political parties in the UK have tightened laws regarding employing foreigners.

The fact that I have to train ur children up to the university level and still be taking care of them thereafter is a thing of worry on its own. May God help us in this country.

In the UK for example, health is free from cradle to grave if you get papers or acquire citizenship later on.

ALL Government schools are free and of top notch quality.

Parents get some form of child benefit and working family tax credit between the ages of 0 and 18 of the child.

From age 18, students get generous student loans from the student loans company owned by the Govt and they don't start paying back the loan until they start working and even at that they have to be earning above a certain amount before they can be asked for any repayment and the repayments are very affordable and if they don't get a job quick enough after graduation, as long as they regularly show the Govt the steps they are taking to find a job, their FULL rent is paid by the Govt and if they are below 25 they get £311 monthly extra allowance on top of their rent and if above 25 they get £393 monthly extra on top of the Govt paying their FULL rent.

That's why it is hard to see any burglar proof (fire hazard) on any UK window because unless you are on drugs and need money to fund your drug habit you will never be desperate enough to break into someones house to steal even if you are unemployed because the Govt takes care of the basics for you. Water, light, food, house according to Fela Kuti's Song - Original Sufferhead.

An unemployed person who later finds work is always too happy to contribute his taxes and National insurance contributions into the Govt coffers 'cos the Govt was there for him with a SAFETY NET that prevented him from hitting rock bottom or becoming destitute when he was unemployed and it is this system of paying your taxes and NI that funds the UK social security system.

Its not rocket science but our wicked leaders in Nigeria some of whom used to live in the UK will never introduce this kind of equitable system in Nigeria because that would mean that the pool of millions of downtrodden Nigerians they can pick their servants, drivers, cooks, cleaners, gatemen from will dry up and they will become demystified because no one will then be desperate enough to bow down to these Nigerian politicians out of poverty.

When some people criticize Nigerians wicked politicians, its because we KNOW that there is a better more equitable system that will work into perpetuity that our wicked leaders are not introducing.

It takes just 1 kind hearted leader with compassion to introduce a comprehensive system of social security like what the British introduced in 1948 in Nigeria and the servitude of the masses will end. But will our wicked Nigerian politicians listen ?

Your mouth is being shut against any protests here while the value of your savings in the bank depreciate every minute. Literally, you are forcefully being blunged into poverty whole you sing the praise of the government that is against you.

It well my prayer is that God should connect me to find my way out of this country to a good country to survive because this suffering is too much in the country. Last year we're telling them not to vote for this wicked people they ignored our message and now we are all into it together but what am sure is that a day is coming that God will save us from the hands of this wicked politician.
