Allowing Paseiro leave was a mistake no matter how bad we think he was we have made him look better with our current results.

Let’s begin to look at ourselves in the mirror there were things both Paseiro and Rohr got right can we please go back to what right thing they did and build from there? This our arrogance na express e don carry us go o
After drawing Lesotho and Zimbabwe in this same campaignWhat

I missed the whole game. I wanted to catch a glimpse to see if we were unlucky or just plain incompetent lol.

Onuachu had his time and services. This game has so many problems. Finidi hit the panick button.

Ajayi is not even good enough to make our bench, I don't know how trained coaches fail to see that he isn't good. Don't they watch ball??

Congratulations to the Yoruba Beninoise!!!

I dedicate this victory to Iṣẹ̀ wà fùń Ilẹ wá, the new anthem of Yorubas as proclaimed by the Southwest Governors Forum. A sweet and apt victory to cap off a very historical day!

The below was on the 31st May 2014.

dijon:
THE RETURN OF THE ERA OF CALCULATOR IN SE QUALIFICATION MATCHES.

Observation: Bafana Bafana has always been a tough juggernaut for the SE of recent. It has always been either they beat us at home or we barely escape with very slim margin/victory in competitions played out of Nigeria (Afcon).
Coupled with this abysmal preparation( inexperienced gaffer, withdrawals and debutant call ups) and playing a prepared, tested and refined SA team, its going to be a very long night for SE in UYO.

My verdict: This two matches came too early for the gaffer and there is nothing he will add to the playing style of the SE but only a disjointed, chaotic display and SE will only take one point from six maximum point in the June matches and this will be the albatross not qualifying for the World Cup.

All the coaches we've appointed after Rohr have been downgrades. NFF is an unserious institution.

Bro, we needed to win the game and we were still playing back passes right from the start of 2nd half. Is it Nwabali that'll score. Well if the players say they don't want to play in the world cup, who are we to disagree? Let's start preparing for the next

It hurts to watch but I couldn’t stop watching

Benin were gifting us balls left and right to come attack them and tiaminu was busy passing to Nwabali

That right back Omo he deserves to be locked in jail

Npfl players are frauds

Like I said before. I have no faith in Finidi and I wasn't wrong after all. Amunike would have been a better choice.

Ndi,Ajayi,Taminu should bid goodbye from the national team especially Ndidi. Ndidi is the worst player in the pitch today

My best player was Onyedika, dude is a complete midfielder. Lookman did not impress too

Bye bye to 2026 world cup

he should be sacked immediately

Mk I see who go ever mention local based player here again
I support his sack immediately,
local coach is not the problem, Finidi is not the right local coach.

With Finidi, I'm 90% certain we won't qualify

Onyedika>>>>> NDIDI 8 cheesy

All the homebase are wack cool

Findi and bad selection 5&6

After AFCON peseiro would have figured a way forward. But NFF said no. Nigerians wants their own. Gardiola grin

Get me a foreign coach.

I talk am.... Na next thing we gonna be saying be that. We forget the pressure that comes from not having a win on previous 3 games. The damage was already done before Finidi took over. He only made it worse. Imagine going into the match against SA with 2 wins. The pressure would have been a little less. But now 4 games 3 draws and a loss? How do we come back? We can't even afford to draw any match anymore let alone lose 1. It is freakin precarious situation right now

I'm not sad at all.

My only joy is revelation of Onyedika.

Now Nigerians will know local coach can't handle eagles. Amunike better go find job in NFL grin

Guy, we have the players to win this match. Finidi is not a capable hand. Blame the NFF. Now ,they will return to foreign coach and Amunike will never get his opportunity. Very sad
