Finidi is deceiving people with fake "free flowing football" to hide his cluelessness.
NFF sacked Rohr for this. Mind boggling bullshit.

Most people here lack knowledge of the technical aspect of analyzing the game. They know nothing!!!

If Finidi or whatever he is called has any form of decency in him, he should resign immediately. The USA 1994 sets are all bunch of saboteurs. Most of these ex Nigerian footballers have problem with their knowledge of the round leather game.

I hope you people who held Rohr and Peseiro to perfection standards will hold Finidi to same. His tenure has been much worse..
This set of "94 are the problem we have with football in this country.
All of them! With their entitlement mentality.

Since this man left, we have found it difficult to qualify for tournaments. I remember how easy he made qualifiers look. Now, as the coach of Benin Republic, it looks like he may have just destroyed our chances of going to the World Cup.

Papa Gernot Rohr, I throway salute for you grin 😎
Still don't rate him. Poor selection caused Finidi this game and he must pay for it.

SACK THIS MAN NOW

As we can see clearly we have only one number 9 and that is Osimhen

I see no reason why musa is no longer getting any invites

Our captain should be either musa ,troost ekong or osimhen
We have now seen the over hyped Boniface and Moffi. undecided

Well I’m only saying Peseiro based in his AFCON exploits. At least he would have given us a better defense vs Benin. And there would still have been hope now. As things stand, I no put out hope.

Na the better defence help us lose final after being one up.

I prefer to own the shit of the moment than what-ifs.

Anyway we are in a precarious place. 6 long games. Shaky ground

This group is done if you think we will win the next 6 games straight I laugh grin
Especially with the NFF administration that are in football for their pockets primarily
South Africa or Benin republic are going to the World Cup
Gift Orban will be regretting not playing for Benin Republic
He can switch allegiance if it’s not late
I blame NFF
They chose their own who won’t have issues with them
They obviously didn’t want Amuneke because he won’t take anything unprofessional from their end
We try again 2030

I would have said let's wait for siasia but as e don spoil so, del go say n him spoil of we still fail to qualify.
Those saying Peseiro started the failure are not serious. At least he drew the away game on an artificial turf. This one failed to draw on a good neutral ground football field.
Finidi should finish up the mess.

After the fourth round we are going to be at rock bottom of the log.

And that says a lot. I honestly thought Finidi being with the team so long would have at least the basics to navigate our group but alas I expected too much. But even our players sef is it the coach that will go on the field you to kick the ball out of danger?

Speechless really?

Bazkanova:
All the coaches we've appointed after Rohr have been downgrades. NFF is an unserious institution.

Have to give you your due you called it during the AFCON that somehow we might contrive to not make it to the WC and well hmmm.

I think the SE need to be studied as a course in uni how a team snatches defeat from the jaws of victory. I backed Finidi but sadly he's failed before he even got started. Our senior men's national team (won't be calling them super for the time being) need to take a hard look at themselves in the mirror about what it was means repping the country. All the goals conceded in this window have been from silly mistakes/loss of concentration which speaks to a lackadaisical attitude.

Finidi had enough talent to turn it around but he didn't.

I already steadied myself about us potentially missing the WC it will/would hurt but it happens.

Haters/trolls are free to drag to your hearts content it's your day grin

My fears have been confirmed, exactly what happened after 2013 we can’t manage little successes.

National team coaching ain’t easy if a coach has gone unbeaten in 5 games with a team hurriedly assembled he must be doing something right all you need is to improve from there.

It hurts to watch but I couldn’t stop watching

Benin were gifting us balls left and right to come attack them and tiaminu was busy passing to Nwabali

That right back Omo he deserves to be locked in jail

Npfl players are frauds
It's was very hurtful bro but I also didn't stop watching until like 2 mins to the end of extra time. That Benin team has no business beating us.

Abeg we are not missing Rohr. Rohr was a liability in the last four years of his time with us. His best games were the WCQ for Russia 2018. Immediately we qualified, he began to regress.

Finidi brought this upon himself

Olisa Ndah and Igor Ogbu dey there, you leave them go invite Ihefu FC and Sodiq?

Our NPFL journalist are paid to hype nonsense. How are Tiaminu and Sodiq professional footballers?

Tiaminu still get small ball sense but Sodiq is terrible.

Your opinion
That is Benin on paper? or you know the players of Benin personally

This kind of arrogance will get us nowhere

This is Our level today coming to terms with that is the first step to progress
Go and look at Westerhof's games from 1989
There's nothing you say that will make me believe this is best this set of players can produce.
We are not the best team in Africa, but we have better players than Lesotho, Benin and Zimbabwe. We just have poor coaches.
Finidi is not it.

Few days ago I was like foreign or local coach is not the criteria, quality is. I take it back.

Foreign coaches are better for us not in terms of competence but at the level of perception and psychology. We believe in the white man. That's why our players respect them and diss our local coaches.

Abeg they should go and get a white man. We are not yet mature to believe in our own.
