All those that would choose rejoice Trump's conviction ought to wake right up and smell that coffee, due to the fact that, this type of violations will be used against anyone, this could might be the beginning of "Lawfare".

What is Lawfare?

Lawfare is said to be the malicious use of legal instruments in way that somewhat guarentees a conviction (in the Manhatten instance, a reversible conviction for the reasons stated earlier as well as other legal arguments that are privy to the legal acaademia and their highly coveted community.) by any and all meams possible.

In other words, 'Lawfare' is said to be the "weaponisation" of a legal system.

Looks like you've been reading a lot of Right Wing Conservative sites. You should diversify your reading.

Hey, cut this shit out. I'm not insulting you. Cut the shit out.

I am insulted by you when you gaslight me. So you cut that shit out and stop accusing me of what I never said!

ijebosb:

They are so ineffective they have you watching them? I cant watch them, it hurts my head to listen to tortured logic.
I'm not using your head. And nor is there any requirement that I must be like you.

Yes they are ineffective. As ineffective as basiloco here and not torture at all. In fact, they are comical. You should have seen watching Marjorie Taylor Greene gaslighting Fauci showed how deranged she was. And I most definitely enjoyed watching Alex Jones crying that he'd been shut down while trying to sell his fake diq hardener to magas.

ijebosb:
You said you watch Newsmaxx, Infowars, OAN and Fox? Why? If I want to understand conservative thought I read National Review and even that is a struggle for me (tortured logic) and all.
As I said, there is no requirement for me to be like you or do what you do. At the moment, I'm watching BBC News at 10. After, I'll watch my usual Newsnight on BBC2. I might do some MSNBC or CNN or Aljazeera or bits of them all. And when I go to bed I'll listen to some CSpan.

ijebosb:
I think when you minimize people, you start underestimating them.

Don't you minimise people when you can't even bother to listen to what they have to say?

Me, I minimise the stupid idiot. He is a worthless piece of insignificant shit who isn't even worth listening to or estimating.

Again. I am making inferences from what you are saying.
If, you say people can move to other states.
The inference from that is that you believe everyone has that ability(money, time etc) to move. Is that not the proper inference? If not what should I infer from that statement?

budaatum:

I also don't go to a Mental asylum and listen to what they have to say when they are eating pudding do I?
Tell me what should I listen to them about. Christians who tell me to vote for Trump? People talking about law and order while calling felons from Jan. 6, prisoners? Tell me which one of the many inconsistent positions I should be paying attention to?
I read the National Review which is supposed to be the intellectual side of the Conservative Movement if I need an alternate perspective. And that is difficult as well. The conservative ecosphere is a grift peddled to people like Basilico and Bemeruca.

---Trump is so incoherent in his speech at the Las Vegas rally over the weekend---

Trump: So I said, let me ask you a question and he said, nobody ever asked this question and it must be because of MIT, my relationship to MIT. Very smart. He goes, I say, what would happen if the boat sank from its weight? And you're in the boat and you have this tremendously powerful battery and the battery is now underwater and there's a shark that's approximately 10 yards over there, by the way, a lot of shark attacks lately, do you notice that a lot of shark? I watched some guys justifying it today. Well, they weren't really that angry. They bit off the young lady's leg because of the fact that they were, they were not hungry, but they misunderstood what who she was? These people are. He said there's no problem with sharks. They just didn't really understand a young woman swimming now. It really got decimated and other people do a lot of shark attacks. So I said, so there's a shark 10 yards away from the boat, 10 yards or here, do I get electrocuted if the boat is sinking? Water goes over the battery, the boat is sinking. Do I stay on top of the boat and get electrocuted or do I jump over by the shark and not get electrocuted? Because I will tell you he didn't know the answer. He said, you know, nobody's ever asked me that question. I said, I think it's a good question. I think there's a lot of electric current coming through that water. But you know what I'd do if there was a shark or you get electrocuted, I'll take electrocution every single time.

ijebosb:

Again, it's akin to someone arguing that water isn't wet and the Supreme Court taking that case and 3 of the 9 justices agreeing that water is indeed not wet. Did the Supreme Court work, yes.
So, the supreme court worked yes, despite 3 of them arguing water was not wet.

Me, I can live with that. Its not like just one idiot gets to decide water isn't wet. And even if all 9 of them say water is not wet, I'm certain one small kid standing outside somewhere would tell the rest of us who might believe them that water is wet.

My point is, they are not gods. And some of us would still tell them to go fuq themselves even if they were God.

ijebosb:
My argument vis a vis PAlestine-Israel is based on the fact that my Tax Dollars fund Israel. My arguments are always focused on how Israel's actions affect the US because of that support.

I'm certain you've heard it said somewhere that UK is the 53rd (or 51st to some) state. I'm also certain you are aware of United States' impact and influence in UK and Nigeria and the world. So don't you ever tell me I have no right to an opinion or don't know what I'm saying just because I disagree with you! Its silly, childish, and lame.

Damn! 3 supreme court justices of the United States of America's Supreme Court who live in the United States of America just told you water is not wet and you can't excise them by claiming they don't live in America lol.

ijebosb:
I try to be as knowledgeable as possible but I also understand I have blind spots because I don't fully understand the culture not live there.

The political culture of USA is the most broadcast in the world. And I watch both the right and left of it and read extensively unlike you who blinds yourself to some sides of it because they hurt your head. In fact, claiming to understand the culture because you live there is you trying to swing a fallacy since you can't possibly live in all of America with various diverse cultures depending where you live, so please stop with the gas!

ijebosb:
Would I go into a Jewish/Palestinian forum and argue with people who live there? No.
That's you. Though I must wonder why you bother to come on to a Nigerian forum to argue with Nigerians about USA. Were you expecting we'd bow down to your supposed superior knowledge because you live there perhaps?

Do you tell the magas who disagree with you that they don't live in USA too? And what would your response be if they claim you aren't qualified to speak because you are just an immigrant?

As I said, there is no requirement for me to do what you do. But if you think we are all not qualified to discuss the United States of America that we don't live in, perhaps you are in the wrong forum discussing with the wrong people!

And for your information, I would gladly go to an Israeli forum to tell them Netanyahu is being a diqhead. And I don't need to live there or have my tax fund them to come to that conclusion or say so.

A smart person would not disregard all I said and infer what suits them. Or did I not post here that before it comes to that we'd vote out those who want to abolish abortions?

In fact, post here one single state that has managed to abolish abortions since roe v wade was abolished.

ijebosb:
I also don't go to a Mental asylum and listen to what they have to say when they are eating pudding do I?
I guess you wouldn't say anything about mental asylums neither since you don't live in one and you tax don't fund it, right?

ijebosb:
Tell me what should I listen to them about. Christians who tell me to vote for Trump?
See you gaslighting again.

Do you seriously think atheist buda listens to Christians telling buda to vote for dump?

In fact, do you come in this thread to listen to the stupid idiot tell you to vote dump?

You really are something, I must say.

I don't care what you discuss, I just care that your discussing it from a place of knowledge. And so let me be honest, some of things you say aren't said from a place of knowledge. Facts, wrong, law wrong, culture wrong. These are objective things. Less so than Bemeruca and Basilico, but still objectively wrong on some things. And then I have to tip-toe around it because at my core I don't like telling people they are wrong or calling people out unless they are dycks. A place where you're creeping up on.

And to be frank, I think it's the height of pride to argue that you can know something without experiencing it. Maybe it's the scientific side of me, but I couldn't. I would need to immerse myself and study something fully until I wouldn't feel like a fraud or inauthentic talking about it. And so what is my goal? Is it to be right or gain knowledge. For me it's to gain knowledge.

You like these down low insults don't you? Leave them alone. Let's leave who reads what alone as well. I don't like listening to most of Fox News because the arguments are weak and made for dumb people. It's propaganda and so doesn't broaden my horizon and wastes my time. It offers 0 value to me. I can get the sum of that by reading a headlineon National Review let alone the article.

What you are doing here is arguing against education/experience. The believe that you can understand something or know something second hand. But what you are doing is understanding that thing from the perspective of the medium you are watching/reading. A friend of mine got her PHD in french literature, spent years in France. Why was that necessary? Why didn't she read the stuff in a book? I find this argument you are making hard to understand.

Guess I got to leave you to go discuss with those who do have knowledge then.

@budaatum, see your police, right in their face someone is making death threat and they do nothing. You just have to be the right race, with the right manufactured gender and religion. Then you will get away with almost anything you say. But you will call someone who is fighting back or exposing this fascists.
Tommy can just dine at a restaurant and he will he harassed by police while same police protect people vandalising public property.

One thing I know about Muslims is that they hardly condemn their own.

More Muslims joined ISIS than they Royal Army. More and more will be speaking out as their numbers increase and they feel emboldened. This is how they roll.

stop lying. that was 12 years ago. He has been arrested, gone to prison, sent to court, banned from places and he has not mentioned he is going to kill anyone. You saw the police in the video you posted trying to get to him as he spoke.
Compare that to the video I sent you.
there is a reason Germans are getting fed up too. same issue, Rape, and discrimination even though they are the minority and foreigners, they see the Germans as second-class people. you can go and check crime and rape stats in Germany, Sweden, etc. that took all these Muslims. then ask why Qatar, Saudi Arabia, etc. refuse to take them.

they openly say that when the time comes, everyone will be under Shariah.

You said MTG cannot say the things she is saying in the US, which are mostly anti-immigration stuff. But if you can find where she is making death threats let me know. At least you see that the FREE SPEECH YOU CLAIMED THE UK HAVE IS SELECTIVE. ALSO, THE FREE SPEECH YOU CLAIM THEY DO NOT HAVE IS SELECTIVE AS WELL.

This is a bad outcome. Hunter Biden was treated worse than anybody whose name wasn't Biden.

1.) This case is rarely every brought outside of someone suing the gun to commit a felony.
2.) Every American who smokes weed and buys a gun would be held to the same account. They are not.
3.) They immunized the gun store owner who sold Hunter the gun who forged the gun forms. Imagine a similar situation where a drug/gun dealer gets immunized so their testimony can be used to prosecute a drug/gun buyer. What governmental policy does that move forward?

Biden should have fired this Trump appointed prosecutor when he became President. Democrats always try to hard to seem fair and they always get screwed by it.

I consider them murderers, which I think is far worse than considering them extremists. Unfortunately, I don't get to make the laws in Pakistan. If I did make the law in Pakistan, and if they were tried and found guilty, I'd make sure their penalty is death too. @budaatum, it took a lot of time but now the West has grown some balls and lifted the restriction from Ukraine to hit inside Russia. Russia can only advance if Ukraine is only defending and the Russians will keep throwing men as destructions and death rise. Only if Russia can feel the pressure inside Russia they will think of a truce. Ukraine can now demand Russians pull out else, they can only let Russia keep what they have before and call for peace.
