Gauss was solving complex math under 10 years of age, Alexander the Great had conquered most of the world by 29, Shakespeare had written most of his great works before 30, I have a list of over 20 American state legislators several of them under 20 that served in their parliaments, but you sit here, brain-washed through and through by gerentocracy. I have seen super young appointees who did nothing. Seen gender-balance appointees who did nothing.

An example is Nigeria. People think " elect a young person" and ALL Nigeria's problems will magically disappear. What happened with Yahhya Bello ?

There's a reason why most international organisations put " EXPERIENCE" as a very important yardstick for leadership appointments.
