So okpa is made from Hausa kwaruru. As a kid, I love eating cooked kwaruru. So tasty! Cooking it as beans takes too long to cook.
I saw it at the store.
I'm going to buy some - maybe try to make okpa cheesy

Do I need to soak and remove the skin to make okpa?

It's the baby shrimps for me.

Yes, some of her baby shrimps are clear white others are brown.
I think they are smoked. My mom made some great sauce with them too.
