They won the war

But never could win peace, unity and progress, even to this day.

America fought civil war, but became the greatest country on earth

Nigeria fought civil war but became world's poverty capital

At least something good came out of the American civil war, nothing good came out of the Nigerian civil war

Losing ikwerre land (particularly Port Harcourt) was the greatest loss of Igbos in course of the war not just the war. It still pains them to date.

No wonder, Ojukwu flew like a coward. Nnamidi kanu also ran away before we catch him.

It was never their property to begin with. Same way the Nazis were pained after losing Paris lol.

Whalis:

They had cornered it before the war. See ikwerre land was already occupied before the war. All they needed then to own any land they desired in Ikwerre land was to travel to Enugu. A document would be issued to that effect Viola! The land belongs to the Igbo person and it didn't matter if crops were on the land. The Igbo person would just walk up to you and serve you papers to quit.

You are right. Below is from the book sunset in Biafria by an Ikwerre solder that served in the War - Elechi Amadi.

It was indeed a liberation.

This is how Tinubu wants to do his restructuring. By sponsoring his e-rats to be selling false narrative ahead of his forcefully annexure of Igboland and it's resources.

Blood and soil. People will defend their homeland more than another person's land. Hitler even threw youths to the battle front at the invading allied forces on Berlin.

grin cheesy

..there is no tangible thing to showcase from the snatching & grabbing other than hunger, misery, hopelessness & frustration upon the " it will favour me & my family " chanters.. grin cheesy

..since there is nothing good from the drug addict Thief'nubu..attention can as well be diverted from the catastrophic failures of the incompetent, clueless fraud.. grin grin

Those who kill by the sword die by the sword ⚔️.

A lot of blood shed by the military... You see some of them in their old age suffering terrible conditions because the government they fought for never truly cared about them.

This does not apply in battle when there is war.
In a time of peace, yeah those who live by the sword, die by the sword.

Before the advent of Nigeria was Porthacourt part of SE?
South /South state was ceded with the entire East when the country was divided in to regions. you blame lord lugard every day for joining Nigeria together, but you still claim other parts of Nigeria that was ceded to you up till this date through colonialism.
before colonialism every tribe were maintaining their space & peace .

where was useless stupid babangida who called Yorubas cowards when Yoruba Men were liberating Nigeria, it was Obasanjo who blocked ojukwu advance at ore and prevented him to take over the then capital city of Lagos, History let us know that babangida spent just 3days in front line when he was shot by Biafran soldier and he never show up till the war ends. Everything is there on Wikipedia

Great Yoruba warriors kicking igborilla arses out of PH and sending that coward Ojukwu bolting to CIV in women's clothing. It's always hilarious when one reads these offspring of tree-dwelling, buttnaked backward savages calling the offspring of great warriors that built one of the biggest empires in West Africa cowards. Lolz. Everyone with a brain knows who the true cowards are in Nigeria.
