I recently bought a used uk s10+, however i can't create a Samsung account. Everytime i try i get stuck at two authentication factor and i kept getting an error saying "server error occurred, try again". But, if i change my country/region to USA it will work. So, i contacted the samsung help center and i was told that the phone server is locked to the manufactured country. That i won't be able to open a Samsung account on it. I want to ask is there anything I can do, will it work if i root/flash it.

just change CSC without rooting, If you root you won't be able to use some banking apps and other apps that flags phone with root access

There's a tool for it, just search how to change csc without root on xda by google search but there's another method that doesn't require changing.

Funny thing is the actual owner of the phone can still log in his samsung account but I can't log in mine nor create a new account, same s10+, what do I do Please? I'm not really a phone person.
