Tiopii: when I wrote that Putin has become a vassal to XI China, some here were insulting me, Russia economy has become too reliant on the Chinese, [b]Xi is a smart dude, he had the power to pressure Putin to stop the WAR but he won't do it, because, the cheap oil from Russia., the brics currency that was be touted is been delayed by China, China with all it's all rhetoric Still has a trade with the USA both import and export worth close to a trillion dollars, you think XI will want to lose such trade you see the USA and China counter each other with trade tariffs, in the end they always come to a compromise because, both Nations are each other's biggest market and can't afford to lose each other, but macho Putin would burn bridges just to show he is boss, and now he has to deal with loses, can you imagine the same Putin that was instrumental in the sanctions against Iran and north Korea is the same Putin buying weapons from both Nations, there is even talk of him going to a state visit to north Korea. 2 Likes 1 Share |

Brazil top trading partners are China, the USA, Argentina, Netherlands and Chile, Brazil may use its indigenous currencies, but will it not trade in dollars when trading with the USA Argentina, Netherlands and Chile ? finally the eye service South Africa, it's top trading partners include China, the USA, Germany, Japan, UK, and India.while south Africa might not use dollars when trading with China and India base on the brics affiliation, won't they use the dollars when trading with Germany, Japan, UK the USA and others ? the greenback will always and still be the most widely and acceptable means of Forgien exchange. USA China Japan Germany India UK France Brazil Canada Italy's South Korea Spain Mexico Indonesia Isreal Turkey Switzerland Poland Norway Thailand Belgium Sweden This are the top biggest economies in the world in no particular order, how many of this biggest economies will be willing to ditch the dollars, a currency which most have thier forgien reserve for a imaginary currency floated by Putin ? 2 Likes 1 Share |

obedience4: Again barely literate gobbledygook that betrays zero understanding of international economics I don't even know where to start. It is okay to educate yourself say take an Eco101 class before mouthing off on this stuff. The process of educating you is gargantuan task but nevertheless no deserves this viral ignorance. The knocking off of the dollar of it's perch from as the nearly preeminent currency of international trade is not a short term thing, the US has been the currency of choice for less than 80 years, even at the time of the start of it's influence in the immediate aftermath of World War 2, the sterling did not disappear overnight. Your arguments are typically short on actual figures but long on barely coherent innuendos, The dollar constitutes 59% of all allocated currency reserves in 2022 down from 70% in just 2001. A quarter of the reduction could be directly attributed to the remnibi (Yuan), the trend seems to be accelerating. If the trend holds and the Saudis do not strike a new petrodollar agreement it is estimated it would constitute less than half by 2030. Even more striking, some countries that have shed the dollar even more stopped reporting the composition of their reserves, more and more countries are striking trades in bilateral currencies and gold. While the dollar addiction would be terribly hard to break the trend is clear and it would eventually rapidly swell US's cost of borrowing and lessen the impact of it's unilateral sanctions. It is starting to generate chatter and worry among US policymakers and a presidential campaign who unlike you provincial nobody know how to read trends, graphs, charts not just spill illiterate agitprop all over the internet. The US would fight tooth and nail, try their utmost to fight any potential BRIC currency which could only exert a deleterious effect on the dollar even of it is not widely adopted which isn't a sure thing. The US is worried, it should be. Any educated person knows great powers do not lose their powers overnight, it is death by a thousand cuts which is why the US is fighting like a rabid dog to preserve the 'international order' with itself conveniently at the top, but this international order is destined to die under the sheer weight of it's contradictions 14 Likes 4 Shares |

StudyBarn: you have been seeking my attention for a while now, but the truth is I don't have the TIME for a senseless back and forth rumble match with you, I don't sir accept my sincere apologies. in respect to the long epistles you wrote, they are all base on one word "probability" All I pointed was base on facts present today, not on estimate figures or imaginary feelings it been over 4 years now since the idea of floating a new brics currency was first touted, we are still waiting for it to launch, young man one of the most and defining qualities of money is acceptance, so till your imaginary brics currency comes out or your fallacy of the dollar losing its spot as the number one currency's of choice for inter Nations trade, I will advise you to kindly keep the hole in your face shut like I said am not in anyway interested in a profitless arguments with you P.S waiting patiently for the floodgate of insults., don't disappoint me😉 1 Like 1 Share |

⚡WANG YI: "Today, we are once again standing at a crossroads where we must choose between unilateralism and multilateralism, and between lose-lose and win-win. We should learn from history, and follow the vision of global governance featuring extensive consultation and joint contribution for shared benefit in international affairs. Global affairs should be discussed by all, international rules should be formulated and observed by all countries, and the benefits of governance should be shared by all. It is essential to uphold and defend true multilateralism, preserve the U.N.’s central role in the international system, and safeguard international law and the basic norms governing international relations. We need to advocate mutual learning and harmony between civilizations, and encourage and support all countries in following development paths suited to their national conditions. We must debunk the myth that multipolarity is about a few big countries, champion an equal and orderly multipolar world, speak with a louder collective voice, and play a greater collective role in improving global governance." 1 Like 1 Share
