Can you send your contact so I send it to you??
lekejohnson2222:

....but in the email you received, what action did they request from you as they didn't specify the missing documents?

Check your email

I saw the email you sent. A number of things are not clear before I can really understand your situation as compared with my own experience. The email actually stated their intention to reject but It appears they are giving you an ultimatum to provide more details before they take final decision on your application.
1) what kind of visa did you apply for?
2) what is the information in the annex mentioned in the email that they attached
3) Which country are you applying from?
4) and what is VEXA in the email?....this makes me ask of the country you are applying from.

However, in all, I suggest you visit the embassy to get a clarity on the email and what documents you are expected to supply. You don't have much time to do that.

VFS is different from Embassy. VFS is just an agent to filter applicants, coordinate and arrange applications to reduce crowd at embassies where they do not want to deal with applicants directly. VFS has no say on decision. they are errand boys to the embassies

Before you dash anyone your money, make your own findings. A circular was released last month about new rules for appointment booking. It concerns new rules for those buying appointments. People have since begun getting appointments at the end of each month. Read through previous posts here.

Below is a recent circular. Read number 1 slowly and carefully.

Btw, here is a new circular the agents are hiding from you all.

Re: Portugal Job Seekers Visa by Tbexy: 9:46am On Jun 22
Please I saw this message on the VFS website,

Customers who booked an appointment for Job Seker Visa Category can only hand in their Visa Application. If a customer booked an appointment under Long Term cannot hand in their Visa Application and they are requested to raise a refund for the payment of service fees (if paid online while booking an appointment).

What do they mean please?

Honestly the time varies. But when I got mine last month it opened up at exactly 4pm. Some say it opens early hours of the morning. My advise is to just keep checking at periodic intervals all through that day for the availability
