Seems you don't know customs or most agencies in the port. Give them 2M as minimum wage, then the level of curruption will be the highest. Kudos to NDLEA and the Customs for busting a lot of these crimes, but the weak legal punishments is the major problem with dealing with those criminals in the Nigerian hard drugs cartels. Period.
