True, we have better talents than him, but don jazzy seem to really like him, he's pushing him really hard to stardom
Your definition of talent is relative, your definition of talent is not the optimal definition of talent, so with everyone, there is no likeness there, it is strictly business, donjazzy marketing him know what he saw in him, it is not sheer likeness. Having been in the entertainment industry business for close to 20 years, don jazzy can easily identify a talent when he sees one, him being drawn to him should not surprise you

No bro. Pushing you doesn't mean you are talented. Pushing is different from talent. We have talented musicians like Omahlay, Johnny drille, Tuface, Fireboy DML, Chike, Wande Coal, Sound Sultan(RIP).
Rema is a good musician but not a talented one

ogbeni nor whine yourself, you are using words to create explanations that will confuse yourself , you think don jazzy is foolish to spend 2billion naira on someone without seeing talent, it is strictly business, Rema is not related to him in anyway, there is no universal definition of talent as it pertains to music, it is relative like beauty, don jazzy certainly saw what you are not seeing in him, that is why he has prospered amidst boyspyce, crayon and others. Donjazzy has spent 20 good years in the industry, when he sense a talent from a mile, he can tell

it's a lie, that guy has some kinda grace and oil flowing down his head, Don Jazzy was just a ladder for him to climb and that doesn't mean he has to remain in Don Jazzy's shadows.

I’m happy for him but this track is overhype around the world and I don’t knw why especially in Asian country and we have a lot of track in Nigeria music industry that make sense than that but didn’t go viral … is this some kind of luck or what ? Don’t attack me ooo just saying my mind

The song has good melody, and it is a love song. Love songs always do well all over the world, and with people of all ages. One example of that is Tuface's "African Queen." Also, the icing on the cake is the remix of the song, he did with Selena Gomez. She has a huge following...that gave it another boost to go fully global.

From the least, it means the song generated over N13b alone from YouTube.

Don Jazzy is truly rich.

This life is funny. The formula to success is not cut-and-dried. This guy has sang better songs than this. Many m musicians have better songs…like much better songs.

Its not a matter of that guys, issues dey ground, they just recently bought a major shares of mavin and the agreement includes the likes of rema and starr as assets acquired by the soon to be new shareholders which is problematic , meaning don jazzy nor be main oga e go be, the new share holders will.determine whats going on. Contract issues and identitiy js a big a deal, that aside rema ia also signed to a label associated to don jazzy via dprince another typical subsidiary of some sort. Reason like this, Rema wan pack for house A way don jazzy buy because new tenants don come but e wan enter House B still owed by Don jazzy. grin grin

You are very correct , left to Nigeria audience alone it won't be in top 10 for so long

Many songs even from Omarley and Asake will beat this song flawlessly

Earning meager 30% in royalty is enough to make such a bold move. Even Asake that earned half in royalty left YBNL

Oga Talent is different from the nonsense you wrote up there. Why are some professional footballers regarded as talented and some are not regarded as talented despite playing playing in the big stages.
