Their names are on pdp register and not on APC register.
They have no APC membership card but that of pdp.

[There is process to defection and if they process is not complete defection has not happen. A resignation letter must be sent to their ward chairman and then registration of their membership status must be done in the new party that they are going to at the ward level, if they failed to fulfill this process defection has not happened. It is like you going to Television and announcing your resignation from your working place without following the due protocol of giving your employer a 1 month notice or forfeiture of 1 month salary, your employer can sue you and your new organization and that was what pdp has done that the lawmakers has not officially notify them of defecting as the law stipulated. quote author=ttobizz post=130550656]
