We don’t even get that much. Right now it is less than half of that. People seem to always forget that 1) there is cost of production and in Nigeria it is very high (a few years ago it was $20 a barrel. 2) the oil companies take their share. Which in many cases especially offshore is as high as 40%. Put it this way, for a few years now, Nigeria gets more forex from diaspora remittances than it makes from oil.

Nvidia cannot dominate the market for long if it fails to invest in the research and development of Quantum Computing chips. Quantum Computing is poised to overtake traditional Computing within the next 10 years. Google, Intel and IBM are at the forefront of this research.

Some ignorant people were rejoicing when they heard Saudi Arabia will no longer sell oil using only dollars. They were praising the tyrant called Putin to the high heaven. Have you ever heard of any invention from Russia before? Except destructive weapons which technology they most times steal through espionage from US. In a bid to sound smart, you ended up sounding very stupid. Is it Nigerians that are making policies that are crippling companies and driving them out? Is it Nigerians that removed fuel subsidy without taking proactive measures to mitigate the aftermath? Is it Nigerians that floated the naira?

Is it Nigerians that are not arming our millitary with efficient weapons thereby allowing them get killed by ragtag bandits and herdsmen, which has worsen the food security of the country?

Is it Nigerians that found it pressing enough to change the National anthem amidst the current economic hardship, poverty, and insecurity in the country? Is it Nigerians that used billions to renovate the VP residence, opt to buy a yatch, and currently planning to upgrade the presidential fleet while workers still remain on the same salary that they've been receiving years ago which can't buy much now?

Can any business thrive and make longterm plans with the current situation of the country? Definitely No. Nvidia is where they are because the people in power have made policies that favour business growth. Companies in Nigeria can't even cross off power supply as a concern when making plans.

Note, Nigerians here refer to the masses not the privileged few in power. Tinubu has proven how much of a failure he is in just 1 year than the past or any of the leaders you mentioned did in their entire tenure. That's the truth. He was branded intelligent but so far, nothing he does points to it.
