.......bruhhhhh! Jez tell us what makes AI a better candidate than the rest.
The three candidates have not released a manifesto, and whether they release a manifesto or not, people would have to vote and I imagine they'd be taking the plunge based on the respective CVs of the candidates contesting.

AI is an accomplished business man and lawyer with a profile that's not at all hidden to the public, but if you need a refresher you can follow the link to see what the man is about https://www.thisdaylive.com/index.php/2024/02/20/asue-ighodalo-as-breath-of-fresh-air-for-edo-state/. Olumide Akpata is another solid candidate who I think is not so far behind AI professionally, and that's why he's my alternative candidate.

I attached the WAEC result of the APC candidate, he got the result in 2008.

Hopefully there'd be a manifesto, and debates soon enough so we know more about what the candidates have to offer.

So the G5 as oasix said voted for PBAT because of competence? Or because the presidency should come from the south?

I am not talking about G5. I am talking about the common man like me and you.

Every discussion about the election in Edo is about Fairness. What the candidates hope to do is not being talked as much as the former.

Na my point be that

That's fine, you're free to support the candidate of your choice in Edo, Lagos, Abia or your home state.

So good governance can only come from a particular region? Aside that been my only issue with lp,I dey solidly back akpata and a new party in the state same way I wanted GRV in Lagos,so as to expose the mago mago the Apc turned pdp frauds have been/might have covered up....

All the talk of inexperience and never been in public service, don't have the best cv and not the best orator na for their pockets...

It is just like an Edo man telling his son to marry a wife from Edo, but doesn't go ahead to advice him on what qualities he needs to look out for.

....Peter Obi knelt before Ọba cos he sees what you see, knows what you know and more. He called on his disciples and followers to support Olumide who performed outstandingly as President of Nigeria Bar Association. A Technocrat to the core, a gamechanger and the storm that will birth Edo of our Dream.

Its a pity the Disciples and Followers are turning Judas when they are needed the most.
Your painting is actually false...

Obi belongs to LP and it is his duty to support Akpata...also,it is ideal you kneel when speaking with Benin King to crush any iota of disrespect...

I don't really know much about Akpata to certify him as the best candidate among d 3...

I wanted Obi to be d president doesn't mean I will accept everything he dishes...

But in this forthcoming Edo election,I know for a fact that AI is going to cover some secret for Obaseki.

I don't think Akpata stand a chance due to the so many rigging that will be uncovered that day...

The man said before he became senator he owned vehicles more expensive than the N140m SUV they bought for them as senators.

I googled his name Sunday Karimi and can't really find anything on him. Where did he work prior to senate? What kind of business does he do? How many companies does he own?

There was absolutely nothing available to prove his outlandish claim.

I think he messed up by going personal and asking about the type of vehicle Seun drives. Seun cooked him and made him embarrass himself by blabbing all through the rest of the interview grin
These are the people that are supposed to be lambasted and questioned with vile words both online and Offline.

Permutations works when it involves 2 giants..

Take or leave it,the grassroots of APC n PDP here in Benin cannot be matched by LP...

There was a wave that was supposed to sweep it but it came rather too early..

Obi wave of top to bottom would definitely have brought Akpata into the apex of the prism but as it stands now .people are more focused on the economy than what is forthcoming.....

Nigeria has a long way to go.

We literally vote for people who are so detached from reality to go represent us in the Senate and HOA. When they get there , they only care about their stomach.

Some of them(like the one in the video) are not even intelligent enough to defend their wasteful spending in the face of serious economic downturn. He can't even make any reasonable defence for the N140m vehicle. smh

As for those that always defend them online, I believe alarm never reach their side ni.

As bad as Buhari was, he's still a lot better than this guy...I seriously doubt if this guy has ever spoken in the senate house.

We need dey do better scrutinizing candidates, cause imagine how far someone this unrefined slipped through our electoral process. It's why the whole talk of candidates not doing debates and hiding from public scrutiny is dirty yarns...someone like this Okpebholo guy slipped through the cracks simply by smiling a lot, raising hands to greet people in Esan, and buying beer and pepper soup for boys.
