Stealing has nothing to do with unemployment.
You don't expect to get jobs you are not qualified for. Most people complaining about lack of jobs do not have the necessary skills for available jobs while some who have the skills and qualifications are using substandard CV.

A guy I met at an interview sometimes last year told me he is into Taxi business and Uber. He said he makes money more than the job would have fetch him monthly. So stealing is never and should never be an option for all the potential vandals that are supporting the thief.
