I was clear. Your initial claim was that the dynamics of respect in the Japanese culture has no social hierarchy as opposed to ours and i argued that that was a misinformation. Their dynamics of respect in fact has social hierarchy because the younger stoop further down and for much longer as a show of respect towards the elderly and those in positions of authority. This fits into the definition of a social hierarchy.

"Japanese have a culture of respect that predates its modern state economy" as you later claimed is a new claim you are introducing, without addressing my rebuttal which is that the Japanese society's dynamics of respect has a hierarchical dimension to it. Don't muddle everything up.

Who are ethnic natives of America?

Let's no dally around asking such questions. Who is the Apoty? That's the kind of question you just asked me. And besides, it's a wrongly worded question. The essence of your question - since you use America - is that you are a native of the country wey you japa go because you have conquered the country and created a new nation? 🀣🀣🀣

Hausa man wey stay for your land, becomes a native abi and we often fight against fulani people as land grabbers? Una well done. Let's bring it home and contextualize it with our own ethnic nationalities and see if a Yoruba Man will agree that an hausa man is a Yoruba man.

Is a Yoruba man who as a matter of fact are many in Zaria and have been there for over a 100 years an hausa man?

I won't be responding after this sha so that it doesn't become a political discourse but my point is that Saka is not an English man.

Fifa really need to look into the issue inorder to be fair to other footballing nations that’s doesn’t hv the luxury of immigrant kids in their team

The French, Dutch n English teams re the worst 🀣🀣
Bro, just check out that French team. So assuming the tide of immigration turns say from Europe to Africa, an English man or Italian can become an igbo man or Nupe or hausa man to the extent of totally dominating certain aspects of their life and our people will keep quiet and just accept it?

Don't mind this guys, they just want to defend evil. What Osimhen did was totally wrong even if there was video evidence of finidi saying such things. Osimhen could have dismissed the allegation politely or keep mute. Majority of Nigerians knows is unwavering commitment to super eagles. We also forgot that finidi was also in a bad state of mind due to the bad results he got that cost him his job and dent is coaching career. And some of us felt the boys didn't pour out their minds to play for him. So how do you expect finidi to come out and defend any player in such state of mind?
You guys should think about it na.
.

So because he was in a bad state of mind, he had to unverify-ably alleged d most dedicated player of the SE. Due to his bed state of mind why didn't he jumped to the river that would have done his ministry a better cause.

Every verifiable report available already proves Finidi never made the statement. Like even Victor now knows Finidi didn't. Why do you continually perpetuate a lie than never happened. I don't even mind you defending Victor's behaviour but don't premise it on a lie.

He thought he said it and reacted but has since.learnt it wasn't the case. Every press man worth is salt across Nigeria has already debunked the report even journalists who are very pro-osimhen aren't perpetuating this lie. They all know Finidi never said it. Let's stop spreading falsehood.

And this justifies the reason why oshimen opened his mouth to say ogun will kill fans that believed or took side with Finidi?

Bro that guy messed up. I have never seen a player currently so loved by Nigeria fans. Even when lookman was doing the magic in afcon oshimen was getting the praise

When napoli disrespected him Nigerians troop out in numbers and even make sure he won the apoty

I simply believe that it is right for native people to represent themselves. Where's the beauty of the competition? It's like AFCON in Europe. Let Europeans do the Euro and AFCON for Africans.

If it is America, its okay for blacks to cover the ground due to the history of that country or if there are one or two blacks in an European team but to have the whole team dominated by black people is fraud of a certain kind.

Lest I be interpreted as anti black. No. I'd say the same thing if the Japanese team is dominated by white people.

This idea that just because a person's parents emigrate to a country, give birth in that country, fiam their children now become natives is a fraud in the same category as the trans agenda when a woman says she's a man or vice versa.

So Saka is an English man now? Odiegwu

This is the depths of bigotry and retrogressive ignorant thinking.

The USA was founded on immigration should we call the native Indians who barely constitute 3% of the total population. Therefore native Indians should be the only ones to represent the USA in the Olympics, National football team, basketball, American football, etc .

I already established in previous post that Osimhen being wrong had nothing to do with whether Finidi said or didn't say what was alleged. He was wrong plain and simple. Just didn't see the news to rehash it with people who continually make excuses for bad behaviour.

I think you can make an argument for your position without being condescending. That said, this is a sensitive issue with both position having it's merit. We also know that much of this rules exist as is because the west largely benefits from this. There are multiple examples of this rules being abused across different competitions and the west are the biggest beneficiaries. To assume abuse doesn't exist is being disingenuous and I'll give an example for context.

Joel Embid is one of the best basketball players in the world today. He was born and bred in Cameroon to Cameroonian parents before emigrating to the USA to further is basketball career. He was given presidential recognition in Cameroon as was seen as the catalyst for basketball development in Cameroon. That was untill France came swooping in and granted him citizenship by special circumstances so he could play for France. He committed to playing for France at this year's Olympics game. The USA however granted him citizenship and he ditched France to now represent the USA. This is one of many examples I can cite to give credence to my point. There was a time when Benin Republic was literally granting citizenship to Nigerian players so they could compete favourably. I still remember Muri Ogunbiyi vividly from 2004, a player of Eyimba who had no ties to Benin dorning their jersey at the AFCON. .

Glory Alozie was a Nigerian athlete that medalled for Nigeria at the Olympics and won multiple laurels for Nigeria in the late 90s. She emigrated to Europe and was granted a Spanish citizenship. She then switched nationalities and represented Spain till the end of her career. This still persist till today. This is when worse in Athletics as most of the biggest athletes in the Middle east now are from Africa and particularly Nigeria. There are multiple athletes who represented Nigeria at the last Olympics who now represent the USA today. There are multiple examples of this in football also across Europe.

On the flip side, Nneka and Chinney Ogwumike and Elizabeth Williams wanted to represent Nigeria at the last Olympics and applied to switch nationalities with FIBA but got their application refused because of "significant ties" to USA.

My take, I personally think the threshold for representation should increase that what obtains now. I think that representation of countries by immigrants and Children of immigrants should begin from the second generation. That way you would have shown significant ties to your nation of residence. I understand this may not be fair to children born and raised in said nations, but I think it for the most part solves a bit of the concerns that persist now. This isn't gospel by the way, just my take.

You are being presumptuous to a fault, who is concerned and why ❓

You are self justifying and self birthing notions based on what self .

You give examples of extreme situations and highlight uncommon situations but irrespective of the rational it is the individuals personal choice. Or if you like the people's choice.

You are supposed sense of reason id what RACISM discrimination and favouritism are anchored upon.

According to you if your regressive ideology was adopted we would have been denied some of the best leaders the world had known.

Obama would never have been President of the USA because his Father is a Kenyan. Consider Jerry Rawlings the modern day architect of Ghana would never have been allowed to rule, the son of a Scotsman.

Do you know international citizens who are 5th generation Jewish opt for national service in Israel and many give up their life's in the IDF.

Only small minds resort to insults to make their points. Those with superior arguments don't. You left the crux of the arguments made and instead resort to bottom barrel behaviour. Instead of accusing people of bigotry or being regressive, provide a counter argument.

You asked who is concerned? There are literally threads on social media that have sparked this conversation in recent times with numerous people who share this sentiments. That you disagree doesn't dispel the concerns that some people have. And no I didn't share extremes, I shared what's literally happening as we speak. I could literally list tens of examples just off the top of my head to validate this. Pretty sure I could do hundreds of it if this were a research topic.

How you could draw a parallel with the points made to racism and discrimination is puzzling. I'm however not surprised that people without superior arguments resort to cheap blackmail with the isms as a cop out.

And the fact that you even consider Obama as one of the best leader the world as ever known either speaks to how low your judgement is or how ignorant you are about subjects you posture to know much about. Obama is arguable one of the worst leaders the US as seen in recent year. He did next to nothing for the black community, he started endless wars particularly in Africa and is largely responsible for the proliferation of insurgency and banditry across Africa due to his invasion of Libya. He literally refused to sell arms to Nigeria during the Jonathan administration to stem the tide of Boko Haram in her early days.

I could literally go on and on. But that really isn't the point. I literally suggested that participation should begin from the second generation as in my estimation that shows significant ties with said country. You can disagree with my suggestion but the point is this open ended rule is largely to Africa's disadvantage. Also, the conversation was limited to sports and it's application shouldn't be blanketedly applied outside it's context like you did.
