Bro I'm a Christian but there are some matters that need this approach.i witness at cross rivers a site a was working someone stole customize solar battery from the site we reported to the community they assured was it will be returned before 24hrs because the project is for the community.They applied something in one guy eye and followed him to long journey to calabar the shop they sold the battery.the guy have to call the guy that should the battery and they other him to appear and return the money and pay heavy penalty.since then I believe some harsh approach is better in some issues
