Redmi, Samsung and techno

There are many stores selling redmi phones, but you Can check "Xiaomi Authorized Store" for yours.

Samsung official store used to sell galaxy phones on AliExpress. But since their exit from the platform, I haven't come across any stores selling new Samsung phones. What you find there now are used ones ( if that's what you want).

Currently, Tecno brand is not selling on AliExpress right now. all you see on their webpage as Tecno smartphones are just fabricated imitations.

Update from my Klasha's experience

I decided to try another method that just flashed through my mind 3 days ago, i did scout around to know whether Klasha has official WhatsApp number & sure enough they have, one US number like that

I added it & did chat them up, they replied shortly after, i made my complaints thesame way i've been making it via the in app customer care service about my refund that haven't reflected on my wallet since last month, they apologized & asked me to provide thesame exact documents the in app CS has been requesting from me too in the past, i reluctantly provided them, they said they'll forward em to refund department, follow it up & give me feedback just same way in app CS has been saying too, i said ok & thanked them

Just this morning (22-06-2024), something led me to opening Klasha app, i just saw my money on my wallet, no mail or push notification, i was so surprised & happy, i checked the date when it reflected, guess what? It was same day i did chat the Klasha WhatsApp help line, i did withdraw my funds immediately!

If anyone is having any issue(s) with Klasha at the moment, i suggest they give the WhatsApp help line a try, i see those their in app CS as more of a gimmick, sometimes i even wonder if they do forward the complaints at all to the promised relevant departments as one time one addressed me by another name that isn't my name, imagine!

Majority of those customer agents working in Tech platforms are mere novice. They're just there as figure-heads. That's why when you call MTN CS, for instance, and tell their agents your challenge, hoping to receive solution from them, they'd start acting as if what you're saying is strange to them.

Anyway, congratulations to you on being able to recover your money!

Like l said before, me and Klasha don part tee tee. The moment they revoked my card, I decided to bid them good riddance.

I think for now, I'll stay off from fintechs or even if i venture on any again, it'll be with something i can afford to let go if things no go well, if a local bank with branches like Heritage would be having the type of issue they're having now, how much more fintechs wy no get offline presence

Na to begin scout for banks with better dollar card rates & maintenance or dorm account with better rates & annual fees

I remember having a small issue on Aliexpress one time, i reached out to their CS, the CS name was Arc Angel, i said my case will be settled immediately na😁, na so Arc Angel begin beat about bush dy talk wetin i no send am, i thank am sha, after all na Arc Angel e be

I did chat another CS immediately, in less than 3 minutes, my problem was resolved, i no even wan begin enter our dear network providers own, bank etc

They did that to me too last year on Black Card, no warning, nothing nothing, all these fintechs can do & undo anytime & worse part, nowhere to report them offline because of no physical presence

Do people still receive international cheque in Nigeria? I heard most commercial banks hardly process international cheque. If that is correct. Do any of these cards like grey, chipper, Klasha and the rest be used to clear international cheque?

I think some banks still do
High processing fee, long waiting time, are some issues you have to deal with.

Fintech cards and cheques?. Not possible. because they are not banks.

I went to their office yesterday. No parcel. I dropped the tracking code, contact and tipped the girl so she can call me when it arrives.

Late evening, I got an update on track.
Arrived at local delivery center.

Hopefully it gets to my post code sooner.
