DevilsEqual:just keep quiet abeg. How can this even happen The first place. Did you listen to the whole circumstance of his arrest and torture? How can this even be allowed to happen? His entire youth wasted by Nigeria. I guess the big question is how many others are in this situation right now? 1 Like |

Even in the court of law, there is no justice. This is for those who so much believe in the court to render justice. |

CyberHustle:How? The judiciary listened to the lawyers. The other perpetrators did not confess until now that they were not involved. Secondly, you need to realise that he is not exonerated per see. His case had been determined by the supreme court and he was sentenced to death. In the eye of the law, he is still guilty. He was only released BY THE BOARD OF PREROGATIVE OF MERCY. Therefore, this is a form of pardon . He can't be compensated. Only a court of law can determine he is not guilty. That is when he would be eligible for compensation. For now, he is guilty according to the supreme court but the board pardoned . |

If Iwas president, the NPF with staff for more than three years will be sacked. I will use a foreign consultant to recruit policemen with emphasis of mental health, empathy level, sieve out sociopaths, psycopaths and borderline personalities from the sane The judiciary is another place that I will sweep thoroughly. Because e no touch u today no say e no go touch u tomorrow 1 Like |

DevilsEqual: do us torture there suspect to point of death? even the usa u are clamouring for, they use forensic analysis to separate and solve cases. there are cold case of 70s and 80s that are brough back for forensic analysis and those case are being closed and solved. In nigeria, we no dey use anything and the judicial systemn and the police are very poor. stop comparing what u dont know anything about 1 Like |

joseph1832:He can't. He is still guilty. He was sentenced by the supreme court, no more appeal. He was only released BY the board of prerogative of mercy. It is a state pardon. In the eye of the law, he is guilty but the state pardoned him. He can't sue anybody |

SARS and cases like this is one reason I won't support state police because if federal police can be these useless then I can imagine how brutal state police will be under the control of a satanic governor. 4 Likes |

DevilsEqual: Not the same! Yes it happens in US where the innocent are locked up, but the story usually do not end there. There is accountability in the US unlike in Nigeria. If it were the US he would be walking out of that Jail with a bag of money worth millions dollars to sort his life out! At 50 having spent the past 26 years behind bars, he will be in a rude shock to know where to start. 1 Like |
