Y would you give ur personal Account details to a total stranger as a POS operator? The level of greed and stupidity of some Nigerians is top notch. When you gave the Stranger Ur POS account number which he declined and ask for Ur personal account number was that not supposed to be a red flag to u? See what ur greed has led u to now. Better go report urself to the Bank before police would come and arrest you and change the matter to Ransom money dem pay into your account. Wahala pro max loading......... |

phobia2002: She will definitely be arrested when she goes to the bank.PND has being applied on her account. It is left for her to prove how the money came into her account. In law ignorance is not an excuse. Even abroad here so many scammers wanting to use your account . 2 Likes |

Urgent1Million: Here is a combined summary in the lady's own words: I think I'm in trouble because I, a business lady, received money from a stranger into my account. I used to run a POS system, and a customer came to me saying someone wanted to send them money, and asked for my account number. I gave them my account number, but they said they didn't want to use Microfinance Bank, they wanted to use a USD code to send the money. So I gave them my Uni Bank account instead. Not knowing they were fraudsters, they sent money to that person - I think around 50,000 the first time, and then a few more times over the next month. The last time was about 2 weeks ago. The person who received the money then came to me and I gave them the money, taking a 700 naira fee. Then the bank called me and said someone had complained about the money being sent to my account. They said my account was frozen and I had to come in to explain why someone was sending money to my account without my knowledge. I tried to call the customer who received the money, but I don't even know them. I'm really worried now that I might get arrested over this. Please be very careful about who you give your account details to. If someone wants to send you money, don't use your personal account, use your business account. You never know who is really sending the money. 5 Likes |

She is a pos operator. The only sin she committed is that she gave her personal bank account to the fraudster instead of POS account. This may happen to people selling goods once u are into business in Nigeria u are liable to jail if u are not careful 3 Likes |

Both sides are liable and ignorant of the law. You can't claim to have sent money to a certain account 3 times under duress when you're still mentally ok. On the other side, it's part of the risk of not separating your business from personal life. Business account is business account. You have ignorantly committed a crime by being an accomplice to a crime you seems to know nothing about. But unfortunately the law will take its cause. The only way for you is to pay back the money cos you're the receiver of the proceed of fraudulent activities. If you don't want to go jail as a suspect and eventually an accomplice to the crime , you better do the needful at the police level before they jail you. That crime is called a bypass . 2 Likes |

11doubledee:. Which patient? Only God can catch those rouges for you. Na bypass stealing system them use for her. They did it to one pastor like that by telling a supplier to go supply electronics to his church and they later came to pick up the electronics claiming that it wasn't what they ordered for that was delivered. By Monday when the supplier went to bank to get his money by cheque. Lo and behold it was a fake cheque not even a dude one. The pastor was an accomplice he had to pay the whole money over 2m back to avoid stories that touch. |

officialwdhtv:Well, lemme not blame her though. She was naive and making profit was her focus, instead of being focus and suspicious as to why someone will refuse money to be sent into her business account. She paid the person cash and the person left. Easy and easily untraceable. She should face the music. |
