And if this fight for living wage is actualized it will be a great shame and woos to any APC miscreants whose family accepts the good pay Because they never supported Labor and sane Nigerians fighting for betterment of Nigeria After they’ll be tagging us enemies of Nigeria meanwhile they’re the real enemies 16 Likes |

All these labour union folks are just being treated like babies, with government promising them one thing and doing the exact opposite. The same governors that say they can't pay 60k are now saying better wage is coming 6 Likes |

But if it's new vehicles for political office holder, it receives wait and get response. Minimum wage has entered voicemail. No definite time line with in-flighting of labour leaders on loot and largesse of FG 9 Likes |

ijustdey:A minimum wage of Naira 250,000 or about $162.29 will go a long way in helping better the Nigerian economy more than the pay of all of your politicians(many of whom spend the bulk of the funds they earn including that which they steal) have been able to in the last 64 years. 1 Like |

Zaheertyler:Naira 80,000 is slave wages. No Nigerian should earn anything less than Naira 128,000 as minimum wage for a full-time workload (approximately 40 hours a week). And minimum wage issue should be resolved this year and not next year or the year after that as is the typical ploy of our numerous politicians. 1 Like

When you are leading people and joy suddenly disappeared from people you are leading then something is wrong with your leadership... It's not all about salary increments but people oriented leadership.. Quality life Respect for rule of law Returning power to the people Rebuilding confidence in people to love their homeland than elsewhere 1 Like 1 Share |

Meti99:See these people never took power from the people. Rather, the people refused to take up the mantle of power which rightfully always belonged to them. The ones who first disregarded the law are the Nigerian people who chose to look away each and every time these politicians revealed their corrupt sides to them. By Law, Nigerians are able to recall by way of a vote of no-confidence their elected officials. But to date, Nigerians have never done that both at local, state, and National levels. The same law allows the people to demand the prosecution of those recalled by the people. So how can Nigerians, who themselves disregard the law, refuse to use their power and authority to ensure the system works on their behalf, and expect these criminals to stay in line? No be juju be that? 3 Likes

Lumig:You have that right! Nigerians are fixated on blaming just the President for their woes without realizing that starting right from their traditional rulers, their local government councilmen, their state representatives, governors, and even their senators and representatives at the national level, they can themselves do a lot to get rid of the unwanted elements. 3 Likes
