Without first class he's not leaving to Germany till 2026 or 2027. Getting ecowas permit will take the whole money. Also which money he go use learn German then write the exams. Mind you, you fit write am up to 5 times to pass. To leave Nigeria to any country now you need at least 15000 to 20000 usd and that's the less popular countries o. Other places e go pass that 20000 usd.

I have no idea about this. I don't think Germany gives citizenship by birth if the parents weren't permanent residents when he was born.
