I gave several hints about how CCE refused to collect staff from ACE and which gave birth to the now concluded NUPRC recruitment. NMDPRA is overstaffed, NUPRC is short-staffed. Infact, CCE through his influence took over midstream from NMDPRA further adding to NMDPRA's woes. Till as I type, some major allowances that were suppose to be paid since earlier in the year are still being owed. Many NMDPRA staff especially those who came in from PEF, PPPRA and PPPMC are basically redundant. Hence, Engr. Komolafe insisted on only technical staff for this new recruitment.

You think because everything in Nigeria is about connection, the President will appoint a Professor of Islamic Studies to head NUPRC for example? Even with connection, there is common sense. That is why presidency are given a number of slots and not all the slots. Why did the President or Senate President not claim all the available slots?
