Godfullsam: The question here is not about the North replacing Tinubu with a Southerner. Will Tinubu accept to be replaced, that is the question. Since we know Tinubu will object to that and still be APC flag bearer, then the North will produce someone like Atiku and this time the North won't vote Tinubu. It was the North that made Tinubu president and that same North will take it away from Him. South will never go Tinubu way. 2 Likes |

Absolutely nothing will happen the yorubas have been given the opportunity to rule nigeria twice through obj and tinibu so on what moral basis will they hold on now to cause any major crises in nigeria? If the niger delta that feeds nigeria with their oil couldn't cause any major crisis after their son was ganged up against and stopped from completing his tenure is it yorubas that have ruled nigeria for more than 15yrs by 2027 that will now cause crisis? They don't even have that kind of liver sef. 1 Like |

WizardOfNG: Yes. Tinubu is reaping what he sow. Rigging election to steal another's mandate has consequences. He will reap it for 4 years before he will be embarrassed out of office if he dares to seek reelection. 1 Like |

WizardOfNG:So why is Tinubu contesting to be president of he can't deal with this issue? Are you impliedly say there's nothing Tinubu can do about it? We should all sit down and watch? Why was Jonathan kicked out of we should just accept insecurity because there's nothing the president can do? Na wa oh 1 Like |

Lol, this people want to see OBJ 2.0………..All of them put together can’t remove Tinubu. He’ll so decimate them like never before. Many of them will end up in prison, exile and EFCC’s bunker. You see in Nigeria, it’s easy for Politicians to be tamed because they all have dirts in their cupboard. Once Kaduna State govt intensifies effort to actually embarrass El-Rufai with court cases and possible jail term, he’ll calm down. As for Atiku, he’s a dead politically already, no need to worry about him. As for Buhari, he doesn’t really seem to be alive in anyway. |

Sermwell: He contested because he has clear plans and reforms he know can set Nigeria on the right course provided all Nigerians sacrifice for a short period for a much brighter futures with developmental gains that will be incremental.and sustainable going forward. Even majority of expert economists, In Africa and beyond, agree Mr.President is attempting to reform Nigeria the only way possible given severe challenges he met on ground he must overcome to then move on to getting Nigeria where she needs to go once the current government has steadied the drifting ship. Opposition in Nigeria ( be it Obi, Atiku, Kwankwaso, Sowore etal) are particularly brutal, selfish and deliberate saboteurs only interested in using whatever possible to discredit the current government in the belief that doing so betters their chances of taking over. Listen to objective non-Nigerian observers from Africa and beyond to note Tinubu, with many brilliant and proven achievers working under him, is doing precisely what has to be done to stop the rot he met on ground and then move to secure the growth and development of Nigeria. It is not unreasonable to expect most Nigerians who can read and write to familiarise themselves with the problem and then give the government sensible time to turn things around. Do you know for example, even as OBI and Atiku will never mention it, that Nigeria is only now coming to the end of the 'promisory' supply of our crude the Buhari Government exchanged for raw cash at it's outgoing hour? That reality means a large portion of our crude had to be supplied to those who had already paid the PMB government for it. The crude owed will still have to be supplied by the Tinubu Government, per the unavoidable contractual trap the Bubari government set for the Tinubu Government, yet this same Tinubu Government does not get a kobo in return. Like you having to pay 20 million Naira, in one year, your brother borrowed from your own salary yet everyone still expect you to carry them financially. This is only one of many examples of how knowing the problems Nigeria faces, and then understanding the solutions to them, means we appreciate time is needed but surely the future will be better. No one, certainly never the likes of Atiku and Obi, will tell you about this and many other man-made problem the current government is facing because virtually all Nigerians are working their own angle with the view of profiting from making the Tinubu government look bad and then insisting on its removal after 13 months. It is left to Nigerian to familiarise themselves with the problems and then support a Government, for the first time since 1999, determined to do the right thing to get Nigeria heading towards developed status instead of perpetuating the mess we have always being where Nigerians, even if they don't know it, are merely surviving but not living. 1 Like 1 Share |

WizardOfNG: What are those fundamental reforms that will come with 'teething pain'? Will Tinubu also experience these 'teething pain' or the pain is meant only for the citizens? If Tinubu is not responsible for hunger, who is responsible for the inflation? What does inflation do to incomes? If you say "bandits demanded 20 million from farmers in a Benue community to harvest or face "serious attack", what has Tinubu done about it? Does stopping bandits not fall into his job description? If you say "Yet you, an educated man, think such a situation can be resolved overnight", what exactly were Tinubu/APC/buhari complaining about when Jonathan was president? Or are they not educated? Who are the educated class and how have they let the country? Which class does Tinubu fall into? What is the right and truthful message, per the reality of Nigeria that should be taken to the illiterates at Street level? |
Re: 2027: North’s Plan To Unseat Tinubu Could Destabilize Nigeria — Shehu Sani by WizardOfNG: 1:20pm On Jun 29 |
Amumaigwe: That's your opinion because you can never contemplate, for reasons known to you alone, the very obvious alternative which is that things begin to fall in place , i.e reforms coming to fruition and defeat of many debts/traps set by the previous government, to the extent Tinubu turns thing around so well that Nigerians get behind him and overwhelmingly back him to continue behind 2027. 1 Like |

There is no need to worry if the President is United about Nigeria , but as it is every region is feeling the pain ...Imaging getting two hours light only and it is not guarantee sef in a day , I mean if Big company that can access credit are leaving what will small business holders do ... If people have to spend on Power ,it is going to eat on their profit and that would reduce their abilities one way or the other ... The President needs to stop spending on frivolities and focus his energy in creating the enabling environment for Power firms to thrive with no government intervention. If your country men are not productive, the whole reason for being in Government is defeated. With climate change you can't even depend on the rain anymore assuming everyone would be a farmer , so power is still needed for irrigation , let alone preservation and processing . |
