The boxing you used as an example is just manipulation on your part. That they measure their weights is to prevent giving one party an undue advantage during fights. Stamina is a very generic word. That was the reason why I brought up the term force. Force too is a very generic word. Push is force, alo pull is force, weight is force, effort is force and load is force. Same way stamina is generic. It can mean endurance, strength, tough, resistance etc.
