Let the frank, the problem is not just this government. Successive government in this country contributed to this mess. Military were grossly underfunded, and corruption in the military rank in Nigeria is one of the highest in the whole world. This kidnappers are been emboldened everyday because our military and police service are toothless. Community policing should be given not just a priority but well funded with better incentives to encourage personnels who are involved.
