You are not sure if you updated your device but you are pushing it on an update you aren't sure of.

Force restart your device

On two occasions my Redmi note 10 pro turned on on its own, Initially I thought someone turned it on until it did the same thing about 20 mins ago.
Has anyone experienced such and what could be the cause?

New phone, apps in background are basically adapting to the new phone,
New phones doing new setup, tends to get hot a bit and battery might drain fast,

Give it a week to adapt.
Good morning Bro, please this battery drainage seem to be beyond new phone adapting... Now it appears I lose like 1% every 1 minute.. And I'm not even using this phone for anything extra, my use of the phone is way below normal.

I have only opened and used WhatsApp 4 times this morning to reply a message on each of this occasion... Nothing more, but a phone that was 100% as at 7am today is now 82%... Just like that

My redmi 12 was stolen this morning. Sadly, I didn’t put any security measures or mi security measures on it at all. Even my location toggle is not on.

I’m planning on involving the police tracking system with imei.

Any comments on that please?

I had the same issues when I bought my redmi note 13, and someone from here advised me to do all the necessary updates, which I did and it worked very fine. My battery last very long now

Involve police,

Only if your mi account was active,it would have been easy.
