I saw nowhere the CA said the man remains Speaker
The CA said that under law the man was not removed as the court that removed him lacked jurisdiction. It's like building something on nothing. You get?

It's not mention anywhere in the article, thus the headline is misleading.

But can a higher court declare another as lacking in jurisdiction ?

Nothing misleading in the headline,Fubara camp took wike รงamp to state high court that the should declear their seat vacant and the court did so, appeal Court now ruled that the state high court don't even have right to hear the case ,which aromatic cally make the judgement of state high court illegal and restored wike camp as a memebr of River HOA

We need to situate this correctly. The court did not say Amaewhule remains speaker. It says the declaration is null and void due to lack of jurisdiction so Fubara is not duty bound to recognize them. The meat of the matter is still pending and I expect Fubara to now approach a FHC which I believed he has bought enough time to do

You advise him to approach a court ...

Same way these ones can also impeach him and advise him to approach the court..

Then there will be wahala everywhere.

For me, I think the best now is to find a political solution...Gov. Fubara can't win this case unless the PDP National backs him against Wike and the 25 Lawmakers.

Nothing supreme Court can do here. All Fubara needs is to shop for a Federal High Court Judge to declare there seats vacant.

But I doubt if Fubara has made such plans.

So a federal high court decision will override the decision of the appeal court? Who dey dash una data sef?

Think before you talk. The Appeal succeeded based on jurisdiction.

Fubara and his camp still has the right to file a fresh suit at the Federal High Court that has jurisdiction to hear the matter.

You are correct that the case can be heard at the High court but I doubt that Fubara has any locus standi

The case should be a matter for PDP or INEC

Even in this case on appeal was Fubara a party?

I don't know how political kindergartens think that Sim Fubara and the Rivers Elders can subdue Nyezom Wike and Tinubu. You think it is by noise making, you will soon know who is the boss. Let the Supreme Court pass its judgement on this case, and see how swiftly the Nigerian Police will act to restore the legal and rightful Speaker

I expected Fubara to have roped those yeye Ex-chair and legislooters with sponsoring terrorism and insurrection and also demolish Wikes Choiced properties all over Rivers state.

Will your house be opened for Sim Fubara when the federal might comes for him and he starts running helter skelter?
