Only election matters for legislature ends at the appeal court but others like preselection and post election matters ends at the supreme court if the litigant so wish.

To the best of my knowledge i think this is just starting afresh again, The factional speaker should approach a federal high court instead of a state high court so the governor cannot allow thos guys to sit any where till the case is settled at the FHC abuja.
