You laymen should stay clear of issues concerning law. You lack the knowledge and expertise to comment on this issue as you are not a lawyer. You don't appreciate the significance of jurisdiction in a case.

The issue of jurisdiction is fundamental and goes to the root of a case. Where a court lacks jurisdiction, everything it does is a nullity. Next time, wait for the learned fellows to guide you, before making an uninformed comment.

Foolish country with stupid judiciary. SIM is going no were. If wike succeeds in removing SIM shootings and killing will begin because an ikwere man cannot rule rivers state for 16 years while others are watching like spectators. Riverine man will never agree to that instead shootings will begin and there will be state of emergency. Wike should leave rivers state and focus on FCT. Allow others to rule in peace. Same Wike that lied about IGR, not promoting civil servants for 8 years, fail to do open recruitment and fail to pay gratuities to pensioners. Wickedness of the highest order

If Wike didn't employ you doesn't mean he didn't employ others. Stop dragging ethnic group into this as it was the ikwerres that made SIM the governor. Majority of Sims votes came from Ikwerre people. Ogonis voted for Abe , Ijaws voted for Tonye Cole. Ipobidients voted for the Labour party candidate. Where were you when Richman and co blocked INEC gate? Don't threaten anyone with shooting because it is a security threat. DSS fit trace you. This is wholly political and they are pursuing their interest to remain relevant.
Wike has in his team Ijaw people. Sim has in his team ikwerre people.
It is a battle of supremacy between politicians. Wike wants to remain relevant and he is rightly so as politicos is his only occupation. And this was why he manoeuvred to make Fubara governor.

The Nigerian judiciary should be shut down. The whole system has been hijacked by bad politicians bent on turning the law on its head. The constitution is clear on the defection of elected officials, our judiciary is actually very stupid.

God will punish all of them and their supporters.

But where exactly in the judgement does it say Amawhule should remain speaker? Or Is the op trying to be disingenuous?
If you took your case to the wrong court and got judgment, It's an illegality. So, whatever is granted by that judgment is taken and status quo restored.

Nonesense the court only commented on the issue of Jurisdiction so its left for wike and his boys to obtain a definative judgement from a court of competent jurisdiction to pronounce and and gazette it b4 it can be considered.so for now their seats still remain vacant.VICTOR JUMBO remains the speaker of the RIVERS STATE HOA

Not the same you that always making uninformed contributions to issues. Not same you that said it was right for the same 27 recalcitrant lawmakers to tinker with the constitution of Nigeria by adding 6 months to their tenure. No be the same you?
Stop flexing muscles on people. The same error the guy committed, you've committed same severally. Me and you have argued on several issues here and one of them is what the court just adjudicate on and the tenure of the LGA chairmen. I did told you that it is easier for the 27 recalcitrant lawmakers to retain their seats than the 23 local government chairmen because we don't live in banana republic but Nigeria with law and order.

If you give Wike the Ffk Treatment after working for you you are on your own o
And PBAT is not that foolish
Can't you see how pained the kaduna midget is ?
PBAT can't afford two of them being angry with him, he knows the consequences.
See how he hoped he has caged Wike by appointing him FCT minister so be will be in Abuja, but the guy has shown that won't keep him away from rivers politics.
