It is a committee tasked wtih brainstorming and coming up with specific specific solutions for the economy meaning members should be acclaimed consultants, industrialists, signifcant private sector bosses etal.

I.e people who have direct and relevant knowledge/experience in sectors that directly boost and grow a nation's economy.

If you want to treat a stubborn ailment, you gather the best medical expert. You dont involve patients who know nothing about medicine and are not trained doctors/researchers.

You do not need to pooh pooh his observation. His point is someone like a barometer to tell them how the masses are feeling. Maybe like an activist or something. He's not asking for the committee to be made up of such people exclusively.

The committee is made up of 31 people with knowledge and expertise on the economy. That other guy can be no. 32. He could even be from Labour or the academia. For me that's the major failing there. I can't see enough academics on the list but maybe there are but I don't know them.

At least, TraderMoni for all its fault reached the right people when Osinbajo was directly running it. Same for N-power. Before Buhari moved it from his office, it reached the grassroots and was efficiently run. As a leader you must admit the fact you can't know it all, then gather the best form of nationals who will tell you the honest truth no one is willing to tell you. Fuel subsidy removal without stable electricity is a total mess. From day one I knew the policy will boomerang because we do not have a ready alternative to cheap fuel. Cheaper and stable electricity would have done the magic, unfortunately the govt thinks taxation will do it.

The average pure water company in your street spends over a million monthly on diesel to produce, this is very very wrong. Now ask yourself how much will a bakery which is more energy intensive spend in producing bread. This is the issue.

Few weeks ago, we saw them doing the band A and band whatever with power(electricity) to achieve no aim. Who does this is an economy that has huge energy demand?

I knew this govt is not ready to solve the problem it's facing when I read billions are being invested into pilgrimage adventure. 90bn can ensure every community in Nigeria has a stable electricity transformer, yet such amount is wasted on luxurious voyage. Too sad!

Better late than never! Dangote has already told Tinubu and his CBN governor that businesses and companies will be dying and unemployment will skyrocket with 30% lending interest rate. I hope they listen and take advices of these business moguls. The interest rate that shouldn't be more 3-5% for economic growth and business expansions.

If you like gather the best doctors from all around the world for consultation, but if at least a patient suffering from symptoms of that ailment is not invited for proper diagnosis, how do you know the core cause of the ailment, they have to do the needful or may end up treating symptoms as usual.

1- That Ordinary NIGERIANS,as at Today, don't have Any Income to- Save Or Invest and Consume- and is not the best thing to happen, even after a Year!
2-Whatever the ECONOMETRICS the govt is formulating- or any govt Policies should be felt- positively or otherwise.
3-Why should Workers be labouring in serious lack, because as at today-People Can Not Eat -good diet of Food,even the Retirees are dying - for lack,while the Politicians( the Executives- the Governos,the Ministers,the Legislatures (Senators and a House of Reps,State Houses of Assembly,the MADs- Min., agencies and Depts)-Are smiling to the banks and are enjoying,but not so with majority of Nigerians.
• Despite the huge Funds/ Money, Palliatives released to All the Governors and the National Assembly Members,how have it affected Ordinary Nigerians -Positively and what efforts have they made in Food Productions,in Export Of Foods to earn FOREX?
4- The government seems to hold ALL MONEY and as Petroleum Minister,we need to know where we are!
5-We don't know why the Refineries are not Working,even the NNPC is now Mute, despite Promises they were making,then ALL the Management in NNPC, from their GMD, should just go- since the Petroleum Subsidies was removed,it is just Promises, Promises, and fake Promises for NIGERIANS.
6•We don't know why we can't enjoy 24/7 Light, despite the humongous Money paid- for accumulated DISCOS Debts -but why,yet we have Power Minister,who came with all manners of Band - A,B,C,D and yet,in a Saner Country - nothing like Bands- Lights is Lights for ALL Citizens abroad.
Some Citizens,have never seen any Lights Off since they were Born!
•Yet ,without Regular and Constant Light-24/ 7-No Industilisation can take place anywhere!

8•Yet,the President Can Jump -Start the Economy by given the- Executive Orders On The Economic Revitalisation-For Short term Solutions - instead of listening to his Political Adversers/Aides for Economic Solutions,in order to face the Reality on the Ground and Markets Places,in Nigeria.
9• CBN - should be given Immediate Orders to give Loan Facilities - of N300,000- N500,000 to- N2M-N5M- on Short Term basis- •With Reduced Interests Rates of 3- 5%,for ALL Short -Term-Medium Projects ,to Individuals /Companies,in Nigeria.
•Remember that -High Interest Rates- can never generate Employments,as Investors can not borrow any , Loans/ Facilities,by Paying the same high interest rates to the Banks- CBN, should be made to Reduce Interest Rates , drastically- as is done abroad,we are tired of different Excuses in saving Nigeria Economy,as more Youths are in Not being Employed.We need more Employment for Nigerian Youths.
10•This is what others COUNTRIES do,for in Europe and America - most of the Foodstuffs are on Zero - % Interest Rates and are Subsidies, including Lights and Transportation-to allow the Economy Boom and Citizens.
11•Why should the Retirees- who are many, Multi- Millions in Number,be suffering because of failures to benefits from Economic Palliatives - because of other Few Nigerians,who are Stealing from the System e.g.Poverty Alieviation Ministry and other Agencies of Govt.
12•Govt Officials, should Stop telling us the NTrillions they Want to Spend in making the Economy to Kick- Start - e.g Short term-Importations of Basic Foodstuffs- in Economic Productions,in making Nigeria - to INVEST,Save and Consume-for that is the Reasons they are there in the First Instance.
As at today- who are investing in Buying Lands and developing such housing Sector, and other Sectors,for it is when they have excess Money.
