Na extra o, the £500 is separate from main visa fee.
It is worth adding too that in the event one pays for priority but gets am NSF mail, the priority service is gone and it'll be treated as the usual standard visa.

Wow!! thanks though.. Not planning to pay for that but its too much.. What triggers that NSF is previous refusal i guess, I doubt people with 2 or 3 refusal would probably get, not sure though just some observations.

A friend of mine told me that during my school interview, if I'm asked if I have had previous visa refusal, I should say NO; in as much it was not UK. That when he did his, he said no in his visa form, though he had US visa refusal and he got the visa. However, it doesn't really matter according to his agent. That was 2021.
Is it still advisable to do the same pls ?

While revealing or hiding the past visa refusals from the school is debatable, you must disclose all refusals to UKVI.

DEBATABLE: some school do not welcome past visa rejections while some do not really care. So if the school part of the former, they won't issue you CAS. There's nothing you can do.

What's the name of the school? Search it here on nairaland to see if anyone has a past refusal and was issued CAS, Alternatively, if there's any one who knows about the school here, they'll answer.

Also, incase of another visa rejection(this won't be your portion) after the school eventually issue your CAS and you hide the previous rejection, it may be hard to get your refund as they'll term it as you were not truthful with your immigration history.

Another one, apply to as many universities offering your course and within your budget tuition. In case your most preferred school no issue CAS.

Lastly, everybody's profile is different. Because Person A wasn't caught doesn't mean B won't be.

Good evening everyone.
I am an applicant who just defer his conditional offer to January next year. I have over 5yrs study gab. During this years I have mostly been self employed whilst doing other minial jobs. I only literate one job I did on my study gab letter to the school, whose recommendation letter I used for application. Those other jobs I did are listed in my CV I used for the application to the school as well. These job didn't come with employment offer letters... These jobs are just from friends and church members.... One na security job and anoda one na supervisor...
My question is, do I need to provide any related documents in those areas I worked since there's none
Secondly, I had two visa refusals, one to US in 2018 which I got a ban due to fake visa stamps which serve as traveling history and another to France in 2019 of which the reason was that I couldn't justify my reasons for the tourist visa. ( Not the exact wording though)
Is there any hope of getting CAS from the school after my interview and what's the chance of me securing the student visa if issued a CAS?
Pls help a brother to prepare ahead. Thanks

- The recommendation letter you provided to the school is sufficient for your case.
- NYSC Certificate and CV in addition to the recommendation letter works well.

- Everything was still good till I read the ban issue. I'm sorry, I'm not sure how to advice.

Have had previous refusals to both Uk and US though I have a valid UK visa presently.

Not advisable. I had an Ireland visa refusal which I declared. I had no issues with my CAS (was given to me in like 3 days sef).

Did my biometrics for visa on the 25th of June and I got my visa today, 7th of July.

They actually applied together, he was a dependent and automatically, both of them was denied.

Did he not pay the Visa fee? If he was approved, won't he be issued a visa?

Baba the frustration too much, especially when you travel to another state to run it with TB together.
My school no dey organise at all. E reach when to issue CAS they remember interview.

After 2 to 3 months of admission they didn't remember to interview me

Please .. I recently got an admission offer from cardiff metropolitan university after been denied a U.S and Canadian visa. im working on my CAS application currently.. i read somewhere that if i state that i have ben denied previously, it may affect my CAS application.
