Terrible government. Tinubu has nothing to offer Nigerians, he's just buying time by using the word Reform as if Reform means suffering, hunger and dying.

Do u want us to continue spending money on subsidy?

Ask urself who is taking it from them ?

And besides it's normal for a country to change .

Oga vote atiku next time

Let the students breath, don't suffocate them.

For your information, this government you support is spending more on subsidy now.

Are they the only students in unilag, overrated bunch of arrogant students who always feel entitled for preferential treatment

They are useful for being able to speak up. Nothing like overated there o. The School have Medicine needs constant power with the equipments, samples being preserved & the students regular study life, requires steady power.

Peaceful protest won't work in Nigeria with hundreds of different tribes,
Only riot can reset the brains of these criminal leaders,

Now imagine if he didn't remove the subsidy meaning if we are still buying fuel for 250 then he must have been paying times 10 hell of cash for subsidy now and the nation will sink in the ocean 😢

Unlike now that he is paying times 2 of what Buhari is paying

this is why Africa would never know what electricity is if the white man had not brought it to us. In 2024, you are asking what a human being needs electricity for?

I may include your name in my signature if you keep this up.

They should take their protest to Tinubu or Minister for power.

Unilag as an institution does not generate power.

Let's forget Tinubu for a minute, if our higher institutions of learning that supposed to make use of its Mechanical & Electrical Engineering Depts to build power plants for its use like Babcock University, Covenant University, Landmark University, etc is protesting against NEPA after 62 years of its establishment, then we should know that universities have failed Nigeria and Nigerians.

Yes, wike wouldn't have been wasting money using NGN21B to build vice president house, NGN9.5B to renovate judges houses, Tinubu’s government spending NGN91B subsiding some people going to pray to their God, thinking of buying 2 aircraft to 11 existing ones, having the largest cabinet in the history of our country Nigeria and many more wastages going on in this administration.

First it was uniben, now unilag. Gradually Nigeria is crawling back to the stone age.

According to the VCs their tariff was increased by over 300%. What would the government gain if universities start shutting down?

Companies are groaning, factories are shutting down, foreign firms are leaving, now universities are on the verge of collapsing...yet Nigerians are still silent.

Honestly, tribalism is worse than cancer.

that's exactly what they want, the institutions to shut down while the private ones will flourish.
