Please calmly meditate before addressing this matter it's not about any organization now but what the scriptures say.

Christ is the head of the church and he never chose a single female to be an Apostle moreover in the Bible the word "brothers" is always mentioned because the God of Israel don't take females as head over males that's why only the names of males were recorded in the Bible book of Genesis unless a female does something noteworthy.
Remember how inspired writers penned down the account having to do with Jesus' siblings only the males were mentioned by name while names of his female siblings were excepted! Matthew 13:55; Mark 6:3
