Surprisingly woke up this morning to see another missed call from Zimbabwe.

Tried blocking the number and true caller is requesting I make true caller my default App for calls to be able to block numbers.

I just tire.

Your mistake was picking any of the call. Once you pick, forget... You'll keep getting those spam calls.

I just succeeded in blocking all calls from Zimbabwe. I never knew such could be done.

At least if you stay for sometimes(months) you unblock Zimbabwe.

Well, I know someone sometimes ago in Nigeria that can change ur normal line to a foreign line.. after the setup, there is a code they will put and when dei call u, it will show a foreign number instead of the normal Nigerian line.. so most times it's a technique use by all these yahoo people. Just be careful

It's not true. I call them back but the line never connects.

i think is very common not necessary porn ,i also experience same,what i always suspect is a network issue,because the calls are all flashes not real call but blips ,i don't visit any porn sides .

Highest I've done was to pick the call when the call came in and my phone was in my hands and when I picked, nobody spoke until the call ended.

My own, they mostly call late at night. It's really annoying.

For me, it's been really frustrating. I hope this post will help us find a permanent solution to it.

First I took it like nothing but when I noticed that it was almost everyday, I had to block the number.

The caller now calls me with different and very many other Zimbabwean numbers.

I have blocked over 45 numbers but the caller keeps getting other numbers and calling me with them.

Yesterday, the phone was with me when the call came, I picked it and after about 15secs, the caller ended the call.

My wife is also experiencing same.

Anybody with similar experience?

Same with me too. Mostly at midnight. All I do is ignore. Just Recently I began blocking. Thanks to God am just hearing this info. Tot I was the only one experiencing it.

I have been getting flash from +263 (Zimbabwe) as well for the past 5 weeks.

Between 1am to 2am. At least twice in a week.

I never pick any of them.

I am thinking it is MTN network having tecnichal glitche always around those hours.


PS: Funny, as I am reading this thread another of the call bleep came through around after 2am.

Try to see this India movie AAZAM, there's this hacker that hack into elite phone by calling them. When they pick the call he won't say anything for like 30sec to 1 minute to hack their phone. I don't know how true.

If your phone blacklist has the feature to block numbers by region then you can select the dialing code for Zimbabwe.

I've done this to some countries as well but be careful not to do it in countries where you have relatives in case they try to call.
