Is it true God truly hates Esau? The Bible shows us God is loving. Something is revealed here; https://theskynow.com/2024/05/01/did-god-hate-esau-as-recorded-in-malachi-13/ |

IVYWonder9: that "god" is only a god of love if you obey him AND do exactly what he wants you to do... but if you do anything that this god is against, he will turn into the BIGGEST DEVIL ON EARTH! any god that allows MURDER; GENOCIDES AND ETHNIC CLEANSING; RAPE; SLAVERY; SELLING OF YOUR CHILDREN FOR PROSTITUTION; MUTILATION AND ABUSE OF CHILDREN; STONING; HUMAN SACRIFICE etc is an evil god! |

MrBrownJay1:Who do you think has the right to determine to all humans the standard of good and evil? |

Exousiang01:Have you been liberated sir? |
Re: If God Is Love, Then Why Hate Esau? by MrBrownJay1(m): 5:07pm On Jul 09 |
Michael547: very simple: THE LAW (in whatever country you live in) determines good and evil. - thats why its considered normal to walk naked in the west while in some other countries its a crime. - thats why polygamy is legal in Africa while its against the law in the west. - thats why homosexual sex is illegal in many African country while its perfectly legal in the west. |
Re: If God Is Love, Then Why Hate Esau? by Michael547(m): 5:08pm On Jul 09 |
MrBrownJay1:So you mean humans in governments have the right to dictates to other humans how they should live? |
Re: If God Is Love, Then Why Hate Esau? by MrBrownJay1(m): 5:36pm On Jul 09 |
Michael547: YES!!!!! because there are humans on earth who want to freely rape women and children; others want to freely beat and sometimes even kill children; other want to freely have sex with animals; others want to kidnap people and kill them if a ransom is not handed to them; others want to drive without a license and kill people on the roads; some humans want to kill other for money rituals etc if the LAW of any country doesnt consider the above actions a crime, who will then stop these people from doing these evil acts? it sure aint your invisible imaginary god that will punish these evil criminals, is it?! 1 Like |

MrBrownJay1:Do you then agree that every laws set up by human governments all over the world is right and that people who protest against any of the laws set up by human governments are wrong? 1 Like 1 Share |
Re: If God Is Love, Then Why Hate Esau? by MrBrownJay1(m): 5:48pm On Jul 09 |
Michael547: ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!! there are many laws around the world that i am against too BUT, when in these countries, i have to follow their laws regardless of how i feel about these laws, because these laws were put in place to make sure that humans (In whatever country) live happily together IN THEIR COUNTRY. so what is needed for the Saudis to live happily in Saudi Arabia, may not be the same that is needed for the Canadians to live happily in Canada.... but in their countries i follow THEIR laws regardless of i feel about them. people have the right to A) believe that these laws are wrong or B) to protest these laws and hopefully make the country change these laws, but until these laws are changed, these protesters need to FOLLOW THE LAW regardless of how they feel about it. 2 Likes |
Re: If God Is Love, Then Why Hate Esau? by Michael547(m): 5:50pm On Jul 09 |
MrBrownJay1:Lol....if we agree that the people in power have the right to determine what is good and bad for all humans on earth, then why should we outside power protest against whatever they come up with as laws? |
Re: If God Is Love, Then Why Hate Esau? by MrBrownJay1(m): 5:56pm On Jul 09 |
Michael547: ANY LAW CAN BE CHANGED SO LONG AS ITS BACKED BY THE MAJORITY OF THE PEOPLE WHO VOTE THESE LAWS (aka the senate)... its called democracy... and if you have a valid reason why you believe a law should be changed then you should contact your local gov man and take the necessary steps to see if a bill for a new law can get to the senate for voting. remember, WE (the people) put these people in power. these people in power represent us (the people)... 3 Likes |

MrBrownJay1:Lol....do you mean that democracy is the right system of government and that every other system of government is wrong? Is it only democratic government that we have in the world? |
Re: If God Is Love, Then Why Hate Esau? by MrBrownJay1(m): 6:01pm On Jul 09 |

Re: If God Is Love, Then Why Hate Esau? by Michael547(m): 6:03pm On Jul 09 |
MrBrownJay1:Good....is protesting against any law of any government right? since we have agreed that those in power have the right to decide what is good and bad for all humans on earth. |
Re: If God Is Love, Then Why Hate Esau? by MrBrownJay1(m): 6:10pm On Jul 09 |
Michael547: ANYONE HAS THE RIGHT TO MAKE PEACEFUL PROTEST! in a country where everyone may be different (political/religion/race/gender etc), its normal that some will protest against any laws.... just like a husband disagrees sometimes with his wife; a brother disagrees with his siblings etc you cant expect everyone to agree with a country's law... but these are the laws that were voted by that country therefore you must abide by these laws OR take the necessary steps to change these laws. |
Re: If God Is Love, Then Why Hate Esau? by Michael547(m): 6:11pm On Jul 09 |
MrBrownJay1:Lol......so you also mean that all humans have the right to disagree with whatever law that people in governments come up with? So where do we draw the line? Why must the protest be peaceful? What if violence is needed like the one in kenya? 1 Like 1 Share |
Re: If God Is Love, Then Why Hate Esau? by MrBrownJay1(m): 6:20pm On Jul 09 |
Michael547: come on, now you start asking very useless questions... a rapist has the right to disagree/protest being sent to jail for rape; a murderer has the right to disagree/protest being sent to jail for murder etc; there are NO lines that should be drawn for protesting, you just have to FOLLOW THE LAW!!!! Why must the protest be peaceful? What if violence is needed like the one in kenya? violence is NEVER needed for protest, when violence is involved thats when people get hurt/die BECAUSE YOU MUST FOLLOW THE LAW and violent protest is against the law. |
Re: If God Is Love, Then Why Hate Esau? by Michael547(m): 6:22pm On Jul 09 |
MrBrownJay1:So if we must follow the law, what right do we now have to protest against laws that we MUST follow? If we have the right to protest against any law, it means that we don't have to follow any law. 1 Like 1 Share |
Re: If God Is Love, Then Why Hate Esau? by MrBrownJay1(m): 6:30pm On Jul 09 |
Michael547: do you have problem understanding English? ok read again the below A) THERE ARE NO LAWS AGAINST PEACEFUL PROTEST B) YOU CAN PROTEST ANY LAW YOU ARE AGAINST (SO LONG AS YOU DO IT PEACEFULLY) C) BUT IF YOU BREAK THE LAW THEN YOU WILL GET PROSECUTED FOR IT (REGARDLESS OF HOW YOU FEEL ABOUT THE LAW IN QUESTION) just because you have the right to protest about a certain law, doesnt mean you have the right to BREAK THE LAW, duh! 1 Like 1 Share |
Re: If God Is Love, Then Why Hate Esau? by Michael547(m): 6:33pm On Jul 09 |
MrBrownJay1:Lol....so you mean every system of government in the world accepts protest? If we agree that laws made by people in governments must be obeyed, why should we protest it? Why not just obey since we've agreed that they have the right to decide what is good and bad for all of us in earth? Will protesting not give others the idea that they can go against governmental laws and not follow it? 1 Like 1 Share |

Re: If God Is Love, Then Why Hate Esau? by Michael547(m): 6:37pm On Jul 09 |
MrBrownJay1:Is it every government that allows for protest? So if we agree that every governmental law must be obeyed.....what is the essence of protest against a governmental law? What if the government decides not to listen to you? |

Re: If God Is Love, Then Why Hate Esau? by Michael547(m): 7:01pm On Jul 09 |
MrBrownJay1:Lol...ok to make it easier for you. Is it right for people in government to make a law that bans protest and enforce people to obey whatever law they come up with? Yes or no? |
Re: If God Is Love, Then Why Hate Esau? by MrBrownJay1(m): 7:17pm On Jul 09 |
Michael547: YES!!!! ANY gov in this world has the right to decide how they gonna achieve/attain PEACE in their country... - if that country makes a law that (for example) bans violent protesting therefore EVERYONE IN THAT COUNTRY MUST OBEY THAT LAW!!!! - if that country makes a law that (for example) bans gathering of more than 50 people protesting therefore EVERYONE IN THAT COUNTRY MUST OBEY THAT LAW!!!! - if that country makes a law that (for example) bans any protest that disrupts any basic life necessities (aka food chain/water system/power grid/media/security etc) therefore EVERYONE IN THAT COUNTRY MUST OBEY THAT LAW!!!! any person would be foolish to believe that any protest whatsoever should be allowed. so tomorrow protesters are against black in America and start shooting all black people, and you believe such protest should be allowed abi?! tomorrow, someone protest against the phone/internet companies and decide to destroy all telephone mast, and you believe such protest should be allowed, abi?! stop quoting me with childish questions! |
