Baba do u know campos mini stadium on the Island? There is absolutely nowhere to park in that axis. If u go there as we speak, u will see vehicles parked carefully by the roadside by touts who control all those area. People who work in offices around that area park their vehicles there on a daily basis for a fee. It is something the government knows about.

I think those LASTMA or CBD just decided to do revenue mobilization for Lagos state that day his vehicle was snapped ni.

Anybody that knows all those area knows those kind of parking space abound on that part of Lagos Island.

That place is far from Campos stadium na. It is behind St. Nicholas hospital.

If u park there and ur destination is Campos stadium or Campos junction, ur leg go don dirty before u trek reach there.

The guy didn't fall for anything. In those places that's how people park on a daily basis. The local government which is not far away from there is aware of those parking arrangements.

I believe there was demand for the LASTMA guys to raise revenue that day/weekend and he was unfortunate that was the day he parked there.

I'm not sure the picture I attached is the exact place he was referring to, but take this picture of braod street for example. People park there daily for a fee and nobody dey tow anybody car. The law enforcement guys and those routs in charge of the illegal parking space sort each other steady

I am not arguing with your position, but in Lagos, i always have this OT that Law enforcement daily bread is inside my own daily bread, so i have to be very smart.

One reason i like Lagos Island is that there are many ways to park. On that road, there's the City Hall that was vandalised. There's a TFC there that you can sort the Security. There's a GTB too. There's Kings College.

I'm just listing areas where you can park and use 100 naira keke back to Campos, since cloth must not detty

So unless his car was part of his steeze for the party, he should avoid parking anyhow, especially in Lagos Island.
