In CDFICSB most people that go for CBT and physical screening are not the ones going for collection of APLs ask NSCDC and NIS people

Someone I know very well paid 1.5 million naira for this job. If you don't have God father, forget it. Nigeria is not for the poor.

Without it, they can't shortlist candidates, else the recruitment will be canceled. Something might happen this month but sincerely nobody knows when.

Did FCC refused to give them the certificate or they have not gone/request for it?

If you are familiar with ministry of Interior recruitment, you will observe they conduct the longest recruitment. The waiting is always long.
